Hosts were extremely helpful overall a very good stay. Gave it a 4 star as the campground is small with very tight turns.

We were charged a late fee for checking out after only going slightly over the check out time. Since we are new campers we were finishing up and double checking all areas. We could understand if there were an indication that this was going to happen but no one said anything only to get home and notice a late charge applied to my card. The facility is really run down and needs a lot of TLC.

Just one night but from this shot time we were pleased with our reception and quality of the RV site. Only negative was they were experiencing a cable issue so the quality of the VA signal resulted in snowy screens.

Lovely quiet campground nested in the woods about 1 mile from lake hartwell. Staff is friendly and helpful. Game room was locked up the entire time with black plastic covering windows. Cable system was iffy, more static channels then clear ones so don't depend on watch on their cable, streaming was the way to go.

Staff were very friendly. Plenty of space on our site and everything kept up. Very nice and clean.

Love the campground (so very lowkey but plenty to do). Love their new trail, perfect for families. Staff is wonderful. I am a Widow who camps alone and I always feel safe here.

Final long weekend stay for the Clemson football season including Thanksgiving dinner with fellow campers. We all had a great time (other than the outcome of the ball game). We are already planning for next football season. Thanks to the entire staff for always making it feel like home!

Place is nice, staff is wonderful. However we have been moving from site to site as needed for our length we are staying. The site had a few issues, cable was not working great only have the stations came in and they were all snowy to where the picture was not watchable, firepit was way to small as it did not fit the wood they sold in the office.

Love going to KOA Lake Hartwell. However this past stay I booked and was confirmed for full hookup, my site only had water and elec.

Staff & owners were cordial & helpful. The interior roads are narrow, moderately serpentine, rough, dirt/gravel evidencing erosion ruts. Many sites seem to evidence significant sloping. - back to front & side to side. The site to which my class A was assigned required the rear end to be elevated to a height such that the rear wheels were 10 to 12 inches off the ground. Not good

Staff is always great and the sites are surprisingly level. Stayed over the weekend for a Clemson game and had a great time with my two kids. Zero issues and the camp ground is nice and quiet at night.

Nice spot just off I - 85. A little tight for bigger rigs but we managed to get our 42 ft rig in and out with no problems.

I had an accident while staying here and was offered 3 more days on my reservation and while while I was at emergency, Louie parked my motorhome in a nice spot.

This KOA Campground had everything. Several playground areas for children, dog walks, well marked signs throughout the campground, beautiful arrangements near some of the campsites like tables and chairs, benches, wooden rockers, fire pits, covered grills, all on wooden platforms. Well maintained Campground. Swimming pool, put-put, large bouncing platform for children. And all the standard things such as bath houses and laundry room. Office personnel were great and helpful. Supplies in office & Little gift shop. Very impressive Campground and had good occupancy while we were there in March 2024.
