This was a really nice campground! Pool, park, laundry, showers, restrooms, sled lend out, activity center, coffee bar, go kart rentals. They had it all and the mountains as a beautiful backdrop while also being able to access everything in town within 10 minutes. I would stay here again and again. Let this be your sign to get your reservation today.

REally enjoyed our stay, the tent sites had water, outlets and lights which was really nice. I also enjoyed the pool. Everything was clean and our stay was nice.

Wonderful campground. I was trying to book via phone while driving that way. The call kept drooping, but when I arrived everything was waiting for me. Manager really helped me out.

This is the best KOA I have ever stayed at! Immaculate is the best word to describe it. It's better than most hotels you will stay at. It was honestly very hard for me to leave and I cannot wait to come back!

I wish the amenities were a little more detailed on the website, but it’s nice to know each tent site has lights, power, and water available. The staff was very cordial and helpful, answered all my questions. We had a great time and would love to come back next chance we get.

We only stayed one night but we wish we could have stayed longer. The campsite was so big and the amenities looked very nice!

Great campsite! The staff was insanely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The campsite was super nice and well taken care of. Would definitely visit any KOA campsites based off the experience we had at the white sands KOA

The campground was very clean and well maintained. Kinda plain and not a lot of amenities but excellent staff and great stay!

We stayed here one night and it was great! Our campsite was easy to find thanks to the map. The bathrooms and showers were extremely clean which is always nice. It was a bit loud at night with the train and the nearby airport but it is what it is. Definitely would stay here again

Waking up to mountains surrounding you can put some pep in your step! Close to White Sands is a plus! As always the Staff was helpful and attentive!

I had a safe and joyful stay. The staff was very nice and courteous. The amenities were a lot of fun and convenient. I enjoyed the swimming pool, playing with the friendly kitties, shopping in their unique store and doing laundry in their well-kept laundry room. I also used the showers which were very clean. The grill and spacious camping areas were exceptional.

I stayed in a tent spot for 4 nights in April 2025. They have them nicely spaced out. Easy access to the bathrooms and they were very clean. I enjoyed my stay. Good location for all activities. Just be aware there are trains that run during the night and honk their horns. After a while, I got used to that.

Picked this KOA because of its location. It’s a quick drive to White Sands National Park, and an even quicker drive to some nice hiking trails in Lincoln National Forest. The tent sites are nice and level. They have nice clean bathrooms and showers. The staff is helpful and extremely friendly.

This is one of the nicest KOAs we've stayed at in terms of people and service. The owner and staff are so kind, all facilities are in great shape - we had a fantastic stay!!

We tent camped with our family for three nights and this was a perfect choice. we arrived late and despite that specific instructions were left at the entrance for us, staff was always above and beyond helpful, friendly and very kind to all of us. Cannot say enough positive about the folks at the park and the park itself. Lots of games to play, pool was clean and good size, laundry facilities were great. Had everything we needed and then some.
