Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Laundry clean and fresh and maintained, clubhouse had great gathering room with games and books to trade, as well as comfortable outside seating to just relax in. Easy access to dump station and clean out water, along with fresh water to fill with. Will definitely come back here again.

Staff were very nice. Campsite clean and everything working. Liked walls and greenery between sites. WIFI was intermittent a very slow 6mb/s).

Nice campground and great hosts! We typically camp off grid, however we need to come back to civilization to do laundry, shower, dump, and fill with fresh water. We found the people who operate this facility to be very customer service oriented and friendly. We'll be back!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The laundry room and bathrooms were meticulously clean and updated. I love the individual sites with the wall for privacy. Would definitely recommend

Awesome staff. Well stocked store with lots of neat items. Great laundry facility. Cool bunch of older fellows provided some fantastic country music on one of the evenings.

Easy backin site for overnight stay to visit white sands np. Had propane grill and sleds for visit to dunes!

We had a wonderful time at the park and the owner was especially fun to talk with. What a wonderful person. The grounds were very well taken care of. The rest of the staff was very nice too.

The park is nice. Only downside is the trains which run nearby, honking their horn, at least 4 times during the night. Also, my husband said the shower wasn't the nicest and the first stall he went into, he couldn't get hot water so he had to move to another stall where the hot water worked. We were only there for an overnight.

We stayed 2 nights. The grounds were nice. The pool closed on us in late September but it was still warm outside. They had a nice camp store and nice laundry facility. We would stay there again.

Lovely campground. Clean and well maintained, Nice store with game room which has a ping pong table, DVD borrowing library and book exchange. We were greeted by Sandy, one of the friendliest hosts we've met. She was so helpful and gave us all the information we could ever need. We enjoyed our stay

We had a pull through site E2 and we liked having the fire pit and the outside seating. The sites were private with the bushes and fencing, which was nice as well. We wanted to stay an additional night but there wasn't any site available. We did a same day booking and was able to get in.

The campground was clean and well maintained, and despite being in an urban area, pleasantly quiet all night. The staff was friendly, and my arrival package was left where I could easily find it for my after-hours arrival. I'd like to visit Alamogordo again, when I have more time to explore the area, and would have no hesitation to staying here when I do.

Step over to get into shower was really high. Liked the people and campsite was clean. Used laundry facilities and that was nice too.

What a wonderful stay!! Our kids enjoyed it as much as we did. The pool was closed but we knew it was a long shot this late in the year. The staff was SO amazing , the best staff of 8 KOAs we stayed in this month. VERY clean restrooms . Exceptional customer service and all around joyful KOA , we left very grateful.

The only reason for a four was didn’t have sewer at our site. Staff was really great, they even let you use sleds to take to White Sands, otherwise you have to pay $25 at the park.

Very good park, convenient location, and very clean. Liked the fact they had sleds to borrow and use at White Sands, at no cost! Friendly staff. Would highly recommend staying here.

It’s a great and clean place to stay. Love the facilities and the amenities on the premise. My only complaint would be that I wish there was a tree at my spot also so it wouldn’t be too hot. It would be nice if the space or the roads are paved so not too dusty. The lady at the front desk was super nice, courteous and helpful. Sorry I forgot her name :).

Well kept KOA. North of the White Sands NP. Got fresh popcorn upon arrival. Beautiful office.

Very spacious site E6. Privacy fences. Close to White Sands NP. Stayed here mid-Feb 2024. Pull-through FHU 50 amp. All gravel. Site #E6 General: Nice store and grounds. Easy access. Well-maintained with updated facilities. Staff: Staff is great! Owners are caring and polite. Sites: Spacious gravel sites with some privacy from fences. Large rock gravel. Campground Road: Gravel road. Campground WiFi: Could not always connect to campground WiFi Grounds: Clean and maintained really well. Bathrooms/Showers: Women's showers were really nice—newly renovated! Private locked rooms. The men's showers were old and a bit smelly/dirty. Stall-style showers with a locking door to the stall. Laundry: Really nice newly renovated facility and the machines worked very well. Dried and washed well. Location: Gas, groceries, and restaurants all within 5-10 min. 20 min from White Sands NP. Near highway: No. You do turn off of the main road (route, not an interstate) and go back a few blocks so minimal road noise. Near train: Yes. Train is close but not immediately connected to the KOA. Cell using booster: AT&T (2 of 4 bars —4G) and Verizon (3 of 4 bars sometimes 4 bars—4G) worked well enough. Worked on VPN just fine and have Zoom meetings. Small moments of lag when using AT&T. Could stream as well on both networks.
