We were out exploring sites when we received a call saying the winds were high and they were afraid our tent would blow away. We returned right away and our tent had blown over but all was good. We were so grateful for their concern.

Personnel were outstanding! Answered questions, they were informative about park events, and kept us abreast on weather conditions. My big complaint was that all the sinks in the men's bathroom were not operational and that a plumber wouldn't be available the entire time of our stay there. You would think there would be other plumbing companies to call and expedite what ever repairs were neces

We appreciate good service and friendly people and we found it here at this KOA. Very convenient to White Sands and other local attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They really go above and beyond to make sure everything goes well. Even had sleds to loan out for White Sands NP! Site was clean and pitch was a nice size. Very happy with our stay.

We've never stayed at a KOA until we planned this 40-day trip through 15 states. We stayed at 6 KOAs during this trip, they were all unique but all very enjoyable and accommodating and we enjoyed every one of them. We definitely will use KOA campgrounds in the future! We enjoyed our stay, the staff was welcoming and awhsome. The campground is clean and close to all amenities. We have visited White Sands and it was only 20 minutes away.

Sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. We have some simple rules to the campground and I'm sorry we had a difference in option on some of those rules.

The reason for the low rating is the men’s bathroom had 3 sinks, 2 of which were out of order. The 3rd one had no more than a trickle and even it clogged at that. Very outdated and apparently no one to do minor plumbing repairs. What sounded like street racing at all hours of night ( 3am) not to mention train whistles at 4am. Not conducive to a good night sleep.

I am sorry you were here while we were having some major sink issues. Staff attempted to resolve the problem but we had to call in our local plumber to help us.

Great stay. Friendly staff. Site was very nice and quiet. Dog park was great with 2 nice benches and great footing for the dogs. Very clean restrooms and showers with good water pressure. The proximity to White Sands and loaner sleds makes this a fun outing. Also only 35 minutes to visit the museum on the base and learn the history of the base and the area.. Highly recomment.

Had a great stay. Experienced a little trouble with a washing machine and the staff jumped right on it and fixed it up immediately. Everyone here was courteous and pleasant. Will definitely be back next time we go to White Sands NP.

Kelly and Mark were extremely helpful! Closest park to White Sands NP. Only reason for 1 star reduction is there is very little shade. Of course larger trees just don’t grow there perhaps? We enjoyed our 2 night stay.

People are very nice and helpful. Site is mostly quiet, except for road noise and noise from Amazon center just up the road. Would be nice if coffee was available earlier than 8 a.m.

This was an overnight stay on our way home from California and also so we could visit White Sands National Park. The sites here were level, and the campground was clean and nicely laid out. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Park is clean and well maintained. Sites have a table and are narrow, but we had a shade tree and did not need to extend our awning. We would stay here again if in the area.

The owners and staff were extremely polite and helpful. We double tow and it was difficult to get into the park without guidance. They showed up, got us realigned and even pulled our small trailer to our site to make everything easier. Very grateful for their kindness. Would gladly come back one day.

We have stayed in 50+ KOAs and this is now our favorite! Our site had its own privacy wall, outdoor lamp, and shade tree. The grounds were meticulously maintained. It had the most beautiful blooming cactus I have ever seen. The staff really care about you having a wonderful experience at this KOA. It is less than 20 minutes to White Sands National Park. We also enjoyed the 575 brewery.

Awesome campground. Pool, laundry, dog run. Nice size spaces with decorative concrete walls around picnic tables. Terrific staff.
