Facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Noise level due to proximity of major roads and train didn’t make for a quiet restful nights sleep. Sites were spacious and hookups were convenient.

Nice KoA w/ lots of room, full amenities. Sites could use more stone, especially around the electric, sewer and water hook-ups. Had standing water around the electric during hook-up. Would stay again, but suggest owners look at the above items plus water pressure. In line pressure regulator leaked; wasting water

The park very well maintained. The store had what we needed, and the LP gas refill was extremely convenient.

Kelly and Sandy were great. The spaces were big and there were fences between them for privacy, easy in and out. Close to everything. Camp store had many activities, including providing sleds for White Sands. If we’re ever in that area again we would definitely stay there.

The campground is very nice and well maintained. The location was great and the staff was wonderful. We were only here one night but hope to stay again soon.

The only issue I had was the lack of gravel around the water/electrical/sewer connections. It made for a muddy experience. On the other hand, the staff was super friendly and helpful!

The people here are terrific, very friendly and helpful. I stayed 2 different nights and the second night there were things like sirens and trains that woke me up, but that's not the fault of the staff. I would stay there again though.

This place is awesome! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The property is so well taken care of, clean, fun things to do and perfect location. The community room is super cool with puzzles, books, movies, games. They even had live music one night which was super fun. I can’t say enough good things . They really made my stay in Alamogordo wonderful. Thank you !

We were given a very tight site and did not like the cinder block partitions between sites. We barely could open the door without hitting the cement picnic table. Otherwise the staff was friendly, bathrooms nice and we liked the dog park.

We had a water and electric site. It was a very spacious lot, we could park next to our 5thwheel camper. The lot had a privacy fence and landscaping on both sides, offering privacy. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed at in over 30 years of traveling.

Close to everything. We enjoyed the local hiking trails, local zoo and White Sands NP. Staff was very friendly. If I had a knock it would be the shower room.

Wish the pool was open and had a jacuzzi but aside from that it was great. Super nice staff. Easy in easy out and the prices in the store were not that bad. The train was loud the first day or so but later became white noise.

Campground was very nice and clean. Great office personnel and guy who helped fill LP tanks. Bathrooms could use some cleaning and updating.

Daughter and son in law stayed in a cabin. Cabin was cozy and warm but no running water. Bathrooms need some cleaning.

Fantastic RV Park in the Heart of Alamogordo. Perfect stop over for exploring the immediate area as well as all of South Central New Mexico.

You could not find a more friendly or helpful person at the reception desk. She was awesome and other staff very helpful as well. Decent location to local sites. The bathroom/showers seemed a little dated, especially men’s.

We parked our 43' 5th wheel in a premium sight here for 2 nights. The sites are very spacious, & private! We used every amenity! (The grill, the fire pit, bench swing & patio furniture) Nice dog park too. Very clean, classy KOA!

Kelly and Sandy were awesome!! Of all the parks we have visited, this is the first one I would consider living full time. The sites were nice as were the amenities but the people make this park. Mark was super cool and even the visitors were super nice.

Everything we needed, pleasant staff, helpful with propane in the cold temps (thanks Mark!). Easy access to facilities that were clean. Good location for access to local restaurants, groceries, fuel, etc… Perfect location for short trip to White Sands NP and Cloudcroft, NM.

10/10! Super friendly staff that were quick to address issues (had a leaky spigot) and provided great recommendations for the area. We rented sleds for the dunes and it was convenient and much appreciated! Thank you for your hospitality!

If you are planning a stay in Alamogordo this is the place. Very friendly staff, it is clean and just off the beaten path keeping the road noise down.

Well kept KOA. North of the White Sands NP. Got fresh popcorn upon arrival. Beautiful office.

Very spacious site E6. Privacy fences. Close to White Sands NP. Stayed here mid-Feb 2024. Pull-through FHU 50 amp. All gravel. Site #E6 General: Nice store and grounds. Easy access. Well-maintained with updated facilities. Staff: Staff is great! Owners are caring and polite. Sites: Spacious gravel sites with some privacy from fences. Large rock gravel. Campground Road: Gravel road. Campground WiFi: Could not always connect to campground WiFi Grounds: Clean and maintained really well. Bathrooms/Showers: Women's showers were really nice—newly renovated! Private locked rooms. The men's showers were old and a bit smelly/dirty. Stall-style showers with a locking door to the stall. Laundry: Really nice newly renovated facility and the machines worked very well. Dried and washed well. Location: Gas, groceries, and restaurants all within 5-10 min. 20 min from White Sands NP. Near highway: No. You do turn off of the main road (route, not an interstate) and go back a few blocks so minimal road noise. Near train: Yes. Train is close but not immediately connected to the KOA. Cell using booster: AT&T (2 of 4 bars —4G) and Verizon (3 of 4 bars sometimes 4 bars—4G) worked well enough. Worked on VPN just fine and have Zoom meetings. Small moments of lag when using AT&T. Could stream as well on both networks.

This place was great! Safe, friendly. Nice private dividing walls. The kids played on the playground and also the pedal cars. Bathrooms were clean. All staff was friendly. It was away from the main road so not alot of road nose. Except for an occasional train tooting it's horn. We loved this place and we'll be coming back when visiting white Sands. Thank you!
