Skillet Breakfast



  • 1 pound(s) bacon
  • 1 pound(s) sausage
  • 3-4 cans sliced potatoes
  • 8 – 12 eggs
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Handful of shredded cheese


  1. Start a morning campfire and carefully set the skillet on top of the grill rack. Fry bacon and sausage together in the skillet until done. Drain grease into a safe container which you can discard later.
  2. Add potatoes, stirring constantly to keep from sticking. Scramble eggs, then add to the meat and potatoes. Sprinkle on the shredded cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. You can add onions, peppers, or other veggies too! Serves 4.
