In a pitcher, mix red grape juice with club soda and orange juice in a ratio of 4 cups grape juice to 1 cup club soda and 1 cup orange juice.
Stir in 4 to 6 orange slices.
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for several hours to allow the flavors to blend.
Serve the sangria over ice in tall glasses.
Garnish each glass with a fresh orange slice.
When the pitcher is empty, the burgundy colored orange slices make a healthy snack.
