Turn your ranch dip into a delicious, protein-packed snack for all your adventures!

High Protein Cottage Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

– 1 (16 oz) container full-fat or low-fat cottage cheese
– 1 (1 oz) packet ranch dressing or dip mix
– Water or milk, to thin dip
– 1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
– 1-2 tsp. chopped parsley, dill or chives, optional
– Chopped vegetables, chips, or salad for serving

Directions:

1. Combine cottage cheese, dip mix and a squeeze of lemon in a blender, food processor or smoothie machine and blend until smooth.
2. Add 1-4 tbsp water or milk to thin mixture as you blend, if needed.
3. Pour into a bowl and garnish with fresh chopped herbs, if desired.

Serving suggestions:
• Serve as a dip with chopped vegetables, chips, chicken tenders, fries, etc.
• Spread on sandwiches or wraps
• Add a little more water or milk to thin the dip and use as salad dressing!
