Easy Crock-Pot BBQ Ribs
Ingredients
- 4 lbs of ribs of choice
- 1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp oregano
Directions
- In a bowl, mix sauces, vinegar and seasonings.
- Place ribs in slow cooker then add sauce and turn to coat well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender.
Extra Tip: Our chef behind-the-scenes suggests finishing the ribs on the grill or in the oven if available. Five to ten minutes of additional cooking after removing from the crock-pot will caramelize the ribs and impart even more barbecue flavor.
