Cinnamon Granola

Making homemade granola is easy! Give our tasty cinnamon granola recipe a try and make yourself a delicious breakfast to take on your next camping trip.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups old-fashioned oats
  • ¾ cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • ¼ – 1/3 cup vegetable, coconut or olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp. vanilla

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix dry ingredients (up to coconut sugar). In a glass measuring cup measure oil, butter, maple syrup, honey and vanilla until it equals 1 cup. Pour over dry and spread on two baking pans lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 20 minutes, stir, bake another 20, stir, bake another 20 minutes, stir and bake for a final 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool.
