Cast Iron Grilled Pizzas
These simple-to-make pizzas grill up in minutes!
- 8-inch flour tortillas
- Marinara sauce
- Shredded mozzarella
- Pizza toppings – pepperoni, onions, peppers, etc.
- Preheat grill to medium high heat. Spray a cast iron pan with cooking spray and place on grill to heat up. Put a tortilla in the bottom of the pan and cook until the bottom browns slightly.
- Flip the tortilla, spread with marinara and sprinkle with cheese. Add desired toppings and add a little more cheese.
- Cover the pan and close the lid on the grill. Cook for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.
Note: You can also cook these pizzas on the stovetop and finish under the broiler.
