Fall camping calls for hot toddies around the fire! These easy cocktails become something special with a topper of whipped cream!
Hot Mocha
Ingredients
- 1 cup prepared hot chocolate
- 1-2 ounces coffee liqueur
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate sauce
- Chocolate wafer cookie for garnish
Combine hot chocolate and coffee liqueur and top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and cookie. Serves 1.
Cinnamon Cider
Ingredients
- Cinnamon Cider
- 1 cup hot cider
- 1-2 ounces hot cinnamon schnapps or whiskey
- Whipped cream
- Caramel syrup
- Crushed gingersnaps
Combine hot cider and schnapps or whiskey and top with whipped cream, caramel sauce and gingersnaps. Serves 1.
Irish Whiskey
Ingredients
- 1 cup hot coffee
- 1-2 ounces Irish whiskey
- Whipped cream
- Caramel syrup
- Chocolate syrup
- Chocolate sprinkles
Combine hot coffee and whiskey and top with whipped cream, caramel and chocolate syrups and sprinkles. Serves 1.
Note: The chocolate and caramel syrups will add sweetness to the coffee, but if you prefer a sweeter Irish coffee, add 1-2 tsp. sugar when mixing coffee and whiskey.
