Ingredients
- Sausage
- Eggs
- Salsa
- Tortillas
- Cheese
- Guacamole, sour cream & olives for topping
Directions
- In a hot skillet, brown sausage and remove from heat.
- Combine eggs and salsa before cooking in skillet. Mix in sausage.
- Brown tortilla before adding egg mixture and cheese. Fold tortilla at center and cook until browned, flipping half way.
