Ingredients
- 1 cup pancake mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- pinch of cinnamon, optional
Directions
- Mix ingredients. Pour onto hot skillet.
- Serve with butter, syrup, nuts & banana.
Makes 4-6 pancakes
