At this lovely KOA in a quiet country setting (yet less than a half mile from I-75), you can camp along the lakeshore at Lake Panasoffkee. The campground's boat ramp, dock and two bathhouses make it easy to take advantage of fishing and other fun on the water. Don't have your own boat? No problem. Cast off on one of the campground's canoes or sign on with a local boat operator for a wild ride on an airboat. Bird-watching is great, and turtles and gators cruise these waters too. Campground activities include horseshoes, shuffleboard and corn hole toss. Enjoy the pool, darts and a pool table, and a recreation hall that's ideal for family reunions and other groups. Nearby attractions include weekly flea markets, music jams at Catfish Johnny's, Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell and Pauquette's Historical Farmall Museum. Pool: Open all year. Max pull thru: 80 ft. Your hosts: Jack & Betty Rogers.
