The park was nice but the fog areas are small pens. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work unless you’re in the laundry room or lounge. You need to invest some money into getting a router that covers the whole park. You said you’re Wi-Fi was spotty but really it’s almost nonexistent.

A very nice park with a great staff. Be aware that there is no WiFi in the park and that water pressure is pretty low.

Nice campgrounds, easy in and out, staff were great. Personally I would like to see some type of gym workout area but that doesn’t take away how nice the site is

Noisy road and road construction near our campsite Pool of black water at one end of our site Called the front desk and was told they were all booked up No concerns at all

Little to no wifi, no security locks on restrooms, management change/sale meant no liquor license for a couple beers to relax, very busy full park due to location by Yellowstone. Quiet at night in back of campground but loud road noise at front spots. Very pricey at double most campgrounds for much less value, disappointing.

Clean facilities, friendly staff, convenient location to the West entrance. We locked ourselves out of our room at 11pm and there was someone at the entrance who helped us gain access to our room. Felt very safe throughout the night.

Helpful and friendly staff. No wifi service in park except in laundry lounge, which was uncomfortable and small. Tent sites not convenient to bathrooms.

Cabin was great … heater worked well and very comfortable… bathroom and showers pretty crowded but did the job …

Tents should not be situated where they are constantly in the line of vehicle lights shining on them at all hours of the night.

No internet, under amenities you advertise Wi-Fi and Internet on your website and in your brochure. If the office, the nearby hotel, local bars, and restaurants have an Internet connection, there is no reason your campground could not have Internet access. I have been at the leading edge all my IT career, having set up computing infrastructure, networks, and Internet acces throughout the world.

Nice park with friendly staff. We had an upgraded back in spot with good view and patio. One problem with this spot is it’s very tight for back in. We have a 30’ trailer and wouldn’t recommend much larger for this type of spot. Indoor pool is nice but very heavily chlorinated. Lots of activities for kids.

Terrible site, noisy, not clean and tons of traffic including large tractors. The site hookups were too high for our trailer and we had to put it up on all of our risers to use the dump. Advertised wi-fi but it didn’t work unless you were right next to check in. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Campground was poorly maintained.

Pleasant. Spaces close. Park motorized carts up/down the paths and ground rows very frequently, creating noise that may be avoided. Great Camp K9 Great restrooms/showers

Spots were extremely unlevel. The fire pit was too close to the swing and the table. Keepers of the campground drove through the spot when we were still in bed in the morning so they could look in the fire pit. Military discount was not honored.

It's nice and shady, and you're not crammed in like sardines. Reliable WIFI was only available at the store; at the sites it was pretty much non-existent, but even our hotspots didn't really work all that well. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Showers nice and clean. The indoor pool was really nice, if just a little cool.

Very organised on arrival. Lovely team at the check in desk who were really welcoming and helpful. We used the pool which was lovely and clean. We felt so relaxed and it really made our holiday!

We were shocked there was no internet except at the office area. In this day and age that is very surprising. We found value for price to be poor. Sites are not that big and we were one row back from the main highway which was very noisy. Shower stalls were often unclean with lots of hair clogging the drains. Overall we were disappointed and would not plan on staying there again.

No use to circle tv stations in the pamphlet on check in when most of the park offers neither Wi-Fi or television. People next to me from Kentucky were trying to work on laptops but were unable to so went elsewhere. Very clean facility, but extras were non existent. Also highest priced KOA I’ve ever stayed at

We came to view Yellowstone National Park. Your location was close to the West Gate and only 6 miles from the town center. The park was well organized and maintained. The washrooms and shower facilities were very clean and convenient to get to. Next time we come we plan on staying longer.

We booked and arrived to find amenities closed ie restaurant and the shop had very little by way of food if anything to make a meal. In fact being generous there, there was nothing!

The site was uneven, not level, weed filled and muddy. The owner needs to level the sites, weed the area and put down stone. The water spigot was so low to the ground we were unable to fill bucket or cooking pots. The site advertised internet, which was non existing. This was a bear activity area. Dumpsters were not bear proof and lids were left open.

Very friendly staff. Clean campground. Well stocked store. Good spacing of RV sites. Only drawback is weak wifi, hey you’re here to enjoy the area!

Everything was very nice, staff, bathrooms clean, Grounds nice, nice to have pancake breakfast, and nice barbecue dinner.only problem was the noise from the road construction, that was terrible! We left just in time to avoid the noise, Great location to West Yellowstone restaurants and shops and of Course Yellowstone National Park.

Stayed here for 3 nights while we visited Yellow National Park. Location was good; just 6 miles from the park's west entrance. The KOA setting was nestled on a hillside in the trees. The sites were nicely spaced, but not very level. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great KOA! Beautiful site, well maintained, clean bathrooms, firewood delivery, nice shop (a bit pricey, but it's yellowstone), the indoor heated pool was nice and clean. We will be back!

We had a spot next to the highway - extremely noisy. We called several times to inquire about having a quiet site and was assured we would be in a quiet spot. The staff were mostly friendly and attentive. Asked for extra cream shots -free with coffee but got charged for $5! Got a refund next day after I brought it up. Bathrooms and amenities need updating and cleaning. Hot showers!!
