We stayed in the West Yellowstone, KOA in a rustic cabin. In prior KOA campgrounds with the identical configuration, a refrigerator and microwave were included. This campground had nothing. The bathrooms were old and only cleaned once a day. No paper towels, only old dryers. Electronic door locks on cabin that locked every time we stepped out. Really unhappy with this place.

I was disappointed that the pool did not remain open until the end of season. No discount on the cabin fees. The cabin was fun. Would be nice to have some shelves in them for extended stays. The shower head is too high and I’m 5’6” or a smaller head that can be directed downward better. My 5’2” friends were hit in the face with the spray. The staff was very nice!

We had a deluxe cabin, which was so nice. Traveling for a few weeks, it was nice to have the bedding, towels, and a small kitchen to use. The staff we encountered were friendly.

So Disappointed to discover the Indoor Heated Pool, Outdoor Cooking KOA said they did and ALL buildings boarded up like we were in a horrible part of town. No one advised me (when I called to book,) that everything I paid to go do, would be closed for the season. I would like a partial refund at a minimum! My fist and possible Last time at a KOA.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Nice store and gift shop. The cabin didn't seem deluxe to us. Space heaters to warm the cabin, floors need to be redone, a tv in the bedroom would nice and an ice tray for the freezer.

The cabin was so cute. I love the swing set. The location was perfect and easy access to.town and not far to enter the yellowstone natl park. It was peace and quiet. I would.come back again....

After getting us and our tent soaked at Grand Teton NP, I was able to change from a tent site to heated cabin at your KOA easily and what a pleasurable experience. Warm cabin, HOT shower and a very well kept campground! We WILL return and highly recommend to anyone seeking advice on where to stay in your area!

Everyone who we interacted with that works at this KOA was friendly and pleasant to talk to. We stayed in a cabin, the mattress was so flat, I ended up using my personal camping mattress. Upon check in, I was told where the bathrooms were but then later that day, they closes them for the season leaving only one, small and dingy, bathroom for a pretty busy location. Certainly not worth the price.

We enjoyed or cabin very much! It was cozy, comfortable and a great “home base” while visiting Yellowstone National Park. Our only suggestions are to bring a small fan (for summer) with you as the ones in our cabin did not create much air flow. We appreciated the kitchen items so we didn’t have to pack them. Loved the fire pit!

We rented 4 Deluxe cabins for our family get together.With our 3 children and 5 grandchildren , we spent several days there. The kids had so much fun on the playground and we all enjoyed lots of campfire time. Great weather for our stay and the grandkids seeing bison in the Park make it a perfect weekend.

No need to close the pool and the jumping pillow when weather was still warm and sunny Sept 15-17, 2023 while paying a premium at this park for amenities that were not available. Also, spaces for sites are too close together for premium patio sites that are $150.00 a night.

We had a great stay at KOA. Our cabin was clean and comfortable, close to the restrooms/showers, and we really appreciated and used the campers kitchen. Had I known that was available, I would have left my Coleman stove at home and had a lot more room in our car. We loved staying so close to the Park.

I would definitely recommend this KOA for anyone with an RV or to book a cabin. I wouldn’t recommend it for tent camping due to the proximity to the highway. We were originally going to use our tent, but couldn’t sleep due to our site being directly by the road. Front desk staff were helpful in switching us to a cabin instead.

Clean facilities, friendly staff, convenient location to the West entrance. We locked ourselves out of our room at 11pm and there was someone at the entrance who helped us gain access to our room. Felt very safe throughout the night.

Great KOA! Beautiful site, well maintained, clean bathrooms, firewood delivery, nice shop (a bit pricey, but it's yellowstone), the indoor heated pool was nice and clean. We will be back!

We enjoyed our little cabin. It was quite spacious and clean, as were the bathrooms. Our only recommendation would be to put a mini-fridge in the camping cabins. They are inexpensive and don't need to be maintained but a game changer for "camping ". Thank you

We stayed in a small cabin without bathroom on a beautiful spot. We didn’t consider that “bring your linon with” means also pillow and a blanket. We forgott thus from our last stay, years before. It was very cold, even the cabin has a heater. The shop has no fresh food, but everything else. Employees are super friendly. We will come back again. So much better then to stay in a hotel.

We stayed 3 nights in one of the camping cabins. The koa is very close to the west entrance of Yellowstone and there are many thing to do around the area. Over all our stay was good. My only complain is the mattresses are so hard and uncomfortable which made for rough days going on minimal sleep. I almost went to just sleep in the car.

We stayed in the deluxe cabin and it was lovely. Very nice accommodations in a pretty setting. Staff was wonderful. Close to West Yellowstone and it has a nice downtown for shopping and food. We will stay again!
