Bathrooms & showers should be cleaned more often. Our original site was water logged with a generator running to rid the water. Unable to use the site due to the swampy smell. Untrained staff had no solution as they were full. They said if we stay the other nights we could get those same sites. Mngrs eventually helped to offer a fix, we booked elsewhere one night. Inconvenienced and aggravated.

They put in in a spot that had a water puddle and mud around it. They need better awareness of the parking area. This was the only water puddle iseen around campsites. The spot next to me was clean. Yes they tried to accomdateme but unfornately this should have never happened. They should have brought in sand and gravel to fill. Instead they brought a pallet and put it on the water but not the mud

Customer service was great. The store was well stocked. Unfortunately, we stayed in site 86 which was a swamp. We coined the name Mosquitoville. Other than that it was a nice stay.

I think this KOA has a lot of potential but could be more attractive with some TLC. The gravel pads were uneven and had puddle spots where mosquitos were breeding. Also the gravel roads into the sites as well. The grass was too long and the mower didn’t reach close up to trees and fire rings so the grass was very long in places. We were thankful for the pool and good showers and friendly staff!

Wow...! I can say enough about Holiday KOA! Incredible, clean, great staff! I look forward to my next KOA experience. I can only hope all KOA campgrounds are just as nice! Highly recommend you stay at KOA!

Place is great! There are all kinds of activities for families and individuals alike. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is great, being just about 8 minutes due West of town. The place is clean & the bathrooms/showers are cleaned regularly. We slept in a tent and the site was excellent. Will definitely go back to this KOA whenever we get back down to West Yellowstone.

The cabin and bathrooms were very clean! I was very impressed upon check in with the KOA employees. They were so friendly and helpful. The camper cabin was so charming and the beds were surprisingly very comfortable!

We were put right by the highway. It was so loud that we couldn’t sleep. Immediately upon checking in I asked if we could move but they wouldn’t. I bought ear plugs for all of us but we still couldn’t sleep because of the noice. We were happy to finally leave to get good sleep. Also the floors in the bathroom were very dirty. Even first thing the next morning, hadn’t been cleaned.

Great location to the park. Staff were friendly and helpful, seemed like they were struggling to keep up with demand in the camp Store. Facilities clean. Would stay again!

The campground was very clean and had great amenities. We were disappointed that although requested online and via phone to have sites near a family member so our littles weren't running through a road they were not. Were told we would have needed to pay more money for this (when we checked-in but that it was too late as the comp were down) and the staff member was rude at check-in about it.

If amenities are what you’re looking for, this KOA is one for you. Really nice, simple semi-deluxe cabin. The dinner onsite was tasty and reasonably priced, and the mint chocolate fudge that’s made there was a hit. We didn’t use the indoor pool, but did rent a kid’s bike for an hour. Breakfast was a little pricey, so we skipped that.

Stayed in a ground squirrel-infested area of the campground where we couldn’t open our door without them running inside. Our young children were unable to play outside not only because of the listed child amenities didn’t exist as promised, but because there was squirrel feces everywhere. Sites have been develeoped right next to the highway. Lots of night traffic and even a vehicle honked its horn mutliple times as it drove by late into the morning. Otherwise the place was nice and very friendly.

The facilities and staff were great. However, I gave it a 1 because we were tent camping and we were placed right along the road. I did not sleep at all because the traffic was so bad on that road. I expected it during the day but figured it would calm down at night but it never did. Every time a vehicle would speed by I thought for sure it was ending up in my tent.

The campground has nice amenities like a playground, bike/little pedal car rentals, and a coffee shop. But, it was so big and so cramped that it took away from the experience of camping for sure. I had trouble backing my tiny camper into the spot because there were cars everywhere blocking the path. Also, smoke from all those campfires really stinks.

Way too big, busy, commercial for a camping experience. The basic cabin we stayed in was dusty and dirty, right next to a highway. We were tripping on pallets to avoid a muddy spot in front of our cabin, then found bed bugs. The only good thing was that we were refunded and our laundry was paid for so we did drag them with us.

We stayed at the campground with our parents. The grounds were very clean and all of the amenities that were provided made us so comfortable. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Can't wait to go back and stay longer in the park.

First requested a site with no trees (satilite issue) had to move, then Electric box almost lit on fire due to faulty wiring (not lightining like worker claimed) took over a hour to repair. No sewer hook up even though we paid for. Also paid $116.00 (with rewards) most expensive of trip and stayed at 11 different campgrounds (8 of them KOA) We know it's close to the park but WAY overpriced!!!!!!!

Location is perfect for getting into Yellowstone Park. Large campground with lots of amenities. Staff was great. Only criticism is the spots were muddy and in need of gravel. Otherwise would have rated it 10/10!

My stay was comfortable. Management does a nice job. I would have liked it if there was better rain drainage because it was puddled and very wet all around my trailer and was unable to sit outside around my site.

I have stayed at KOA's in the past with my motorcycle friends and have been impressed with how clean the facilities were. This was the first time my wife stayed at a KOA and she may not ever stay at another one. The restrooms were not cleaned regularly. This is disappointing, as I would like to stay at KOA's with my wife in the future. The cabin was fine.

So accomadating on late night arrival. Beautiful clean cabin. Location is perfect for entrance into the Park. Had heaters x 2 for cool weather. A KOA swimming pool that was actually warm and comfortable for kids and adults alike. Thanks!!

We were given a site (93) to set up our tent. The semis and cars going down the highway were less than 100 yards away and no trees. We did not sleep. We asked if we could move - they said there were no open sites at that time. We could check back after going to the park. We were given a quieter site that had a LOT of mud!! We were thankful that we had a quiet site, so….

The cabin was awesome but it was an inconvenience when we were told to move out of our cabin when we added one more night. The front desk personnel seemed confused on how to manage the process. Told they had 3 cabins available and the one we had was taken but yet no cabin were assigned until you checked in. It was confusing. Overall the place was clean and the staff nice.

We stayed a week had a great time. Grandkids had fun only issue was the go carts needed a separate place to drive as it was dangerous with campers coming snd going

Muddy site and freezing cold, but weather happens. The outdoor kitchen was nice, but you should update stoves. They were not all working properly.
