The cabin was clean and set up well. It would have been nice to have hooks on the wall. We appreciated the heater and electricity. The grounds were nice, and we enjoyed the extensive playground and warm clean pool. The bathrooms and showers were generally clean. The coffee shack was a good. We wished the store had some fresh fruit or vegetables. The location was close to Yellowstone.

Nice campground. Half of the bathrooms do not work in several areas most mornings.

Very nice facility, the gift shop had all the necessities. Indoor pool was nice lots of activities for kids. Fire pit was clean and empty. The bench swings at each spot where a nice amenity all the staff was very friendly. Rebecca is the best!

We stayed three nights and enjoyed our visit. The RV park has so much to offer. The space between campers was just right for out two miniature dachshunds. If we are in this neck of the woods again some day, we will stop by and if you are traveling you should too.

Paid a resort fee and didn't have any wifi at our site. Talked with one of the workers and they said it is always bad, should be good after 9 pm. (It wasn't)

Everyone was very professional and friendly. Cabins, and restrooms/showers were clean.I can't wait for my next adventure and stay at a KOA. I highly recommend.

It was a nice park, especially for kids. Our only complaint is the laundry room hadn't been cleaned for awhile- not just one day.

Good staff. The guy that took us to our space was super friendly. Most of the staff seemed overworked and it was busy. All utilities worked well. Main building showers were great. Coffee could be served till a later time and I wasn't the only guest that thought so.

Everything was great! Kids loved the pool. Loved all the big trees. Spots were a bit squished together and could have used a little more space, but over all, a great stay!

Very clean and easy to maneuver in and around. My 9 year old especially enjoyed the playground and the pool. I really appreciated the opportunity to wash clothes after 10 days of boondocking. Easy access to West Yellowstone and Yellowstone NP.

The campground itself was fantastic, but our site was a 0/10. I would never stay there again. It was less than 100 feet from the highway and the noise was LOUD and CONSTANT all night long- even with earplugs, I couldn’t sleep. It was awful. It was also DIRECTLY beneath a streetlight and was too bright to sleep. Putting tent sites along the highway doesn’t make sense. Site 137 shouldn’t ex

Overall stay was great. Super hospitality and fun environment for the kids and beautiful campground area. Close to Yellowstone Park. Bathroom toilets don't flush super well and were often backed up (in the men's especially) unless you flush a number of times. We would definitely stay again! Thank you

While rain happens, the drainage at my site was very poor - had water standing at the front of my trailer and by my truck the whole time - mess unhooking and hooking and getting out of the passenger side of my truck even when it wasn't raining due to the incredibly poor drainage at the site. Will NEVER stay at this park again.

The Yellowstone Park / West Gate KOA is a beautiful campground with RV, cabin, and tent sites. Our patio site featured mature pine trees, a swing, and a picnic table. Amenities included an indoor pool, dog park, camp store, coffee shop, and ice cream stand. Its location just minutes from Yellowstone's West Entrance made it an ideal base for exploring the park.We enjoyed our stay and will return.

We were disappointed with our stay at the West Yellowstone KOA. Unlike other KOAs we've visited, this location felt more focused on charging for everything than creating a welcoming guest experience. From the $50 per site fee to place our three RVs together to the high prices for basic items and services, it seemed like every interaction came with an added cost. Staff were ok but not friendly.

Our visit to the KOA in West Yellowstone was satisfactory, but I was very taken back by the businesslike atmosphere of the KOA. The cost of the campsite was expected, however I felt that the KOA was overpriced with the services and products they sold. As for my family, we will not be staying at this KOA again.  There are plenty of other RV parks in the area of West Yellowstone.

Great hospitality and friendly a little too noisy with vehicles coming and going right next to our tent. Should be time limits for this so at 4am your sleeping.

Great amenities and location. A little pricey as the site was close to neighbors (to be expected) and not big for both the motorhome and tow vehicle. Shower at the time was a little dirty.

Everything about this park was outstanding, especially the staff and customer service! I’m only sorry I don’t recall the name of one particularly exceptional woman at the front desk who helped us extend our stay and was always so helpful and engaging each time we came into the store. Truthfully, though, that describes everyone at West Yellowstone! We shall return to this beautiful area again!

Clean and surprisingly quiet large park. We expected a lot of noise, but it was fairly peaceful. Nice laundry facilities, although having both coin and card-only machines was a little confusing.

The campground is 12 mins away from the west entrance to Yellowstone. Park is clean and staff is friendly. Make sure you bring your leveling kit for your camper as most sites are not level. That being said, it’s a fairly nice location and close to the village if you need supplies or general shopping

It was good. The front desk employee was very helpful and understanding when I requested an RV spot away from the highway. Always great bathroom facilities here. I like the new front desk area remodel.

The camp ground was clean. Showers were clean and nice. Kids enjoyed the bounce pad and play ground. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

We enjoined being at Yellowstone West Gate. Everything went well. The facilities, grounds were clean. The park is quite large and there's a lot for children to do. There's a nice large indoor swimming pool and much more. The personnel were friendly and very helpful. Especially SammI. I left a water regulator behind. I called the desk the next day from another campground on our journey. She found it, packaged it up for me and sent it to my home. That's exceptional! The location is great if you're planning a trip to the park. The only downside is that sites are kind of narrow. Our neighbor had their camp fire right up next to our slide out. It set off our smoke alarms When I booked the site, I told them I had slide outs. There is a little drive in style eatery with comfort food. Also a coffee bar. We saw a lot of people really enjoying both at covered picnic tables. We would come back.
