Food was way too expensive. Other KOA's food was 1/2 the cost. Same with the cost of pedal rentals. Showers not too clean. Staff was all very nice.

I was disappointed with the check in process, there were several people in line and only one clerk helping while others stood around chatting. Our spot was also by the bathrooms and people walked through our camp all day and night long. Our spot was also not level so it took quite a bit to get our trailer level and we’ve never experienced that at other KOAs.

As with all campgrounds, your campsite location as a big impact on your experience. Our site, 001, was at the confluence of three roads, right across from dog park and the main turning point for kids on those 4 wheel bikes. One kid even hit our fire pit/barbeque. It was fine, but not the most relaxing stay I have ever had.

Excellent campground! Friendly courteous staff, gave great info on events and places to see , close to west yellowstone and the beautiful park! Love this place! Great for our dogs also!

It was wonderful. It was so nice to see families playing together outside. If we ever go back that way, we would stay yhere again.

Wonderful KOA! Our son enjoyed the pool. I would have given a 5 star if the wifi worked at our cabin but no big deal. Close access to West Yellowstone to shop for groceries. Close access to the Park!

Great location for visiting yellowstone national park. KOA was clean and loved the option to buy breakfast and dinner. Pancakes and coffee were delicious! Very family friendly. Very safe and friendly atmosphere.

Due to the location we were given 244, the dust was horrible from vehicle traffic. That traffic included the carts driven by most staff. The biggest issue we had was really not in your control, and that is Yellowstone Park itself is really not very pet friendly and we did not really know that. We ended up checking out a couple days earlier than anticipated!

Not our favorite KOA by far. Crazy busy. Bathrooms aren’t very clean and could use an upgrade. The mattress in the cabin was so thin you could feel the wood bed frame under you. We were looking forward to the mini golf but it is now non-existent. Breakfast was $11.50 for a couple pancakes and some meat. Staff were friendly though. Overall, too expensive for a run down KOA!!

IT WAS A GREAT CABIN THE FOOD YOU SOLD WAS GREAT AND THE STAFF WAS GREAT THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF ALL OUR NEEDS THE ONLY THAT COULD OF BEEN BETTER IF TH SHOWER WAS A LITTLE BIGGER

The only thing that I can see is maybe a complete list of what is in the cabin that is provided. I packed unnecessary items like towels that I packed, otherwise a great experience for us.

The staff were extremely friendly (especially Ashley) and the grounds are very clean. Highly recommend. Love the clean showers. Would definitely come back again.

Small tear in cabin screen window, so a few bugs made it in, but otherwise an awesome experience! Will be bringing the family back in a year!

I have been to a ton of KOA's and they've been great, however, this is definitely the best! I was so impressed by how clean the bathrooms were kept, the cute store, and the outdoor kitchen station. I didn't get to use it but now I know I can totally plan to cook while camping at this KOA. I will now exclusively only camp here when visiting Yellowstone. Thank you so much!

Dust was terrible on everything it was like the site was never swept clean and we were in the ultra deluxe sites. Even the swing was unusable due to a huge dirt/rock pile that was dug out onto patio. Also the bathrooms were always very dirty particularly the showers on mens side always had mud all over floor all the way into shower stalls. Very narrow roads and steep hills can be a challenge.

Way too crowded. Dirty showers, no working wifi like advertised, bed was hard as a rock, didnt take cash for breakfast, coffee kiosk was never open, one person would take up all washers, they need a limit of how many washers one person can use so others can wash clothes. Staff was really friendly except the manager he seemed annoyed when i wanted another mattress cause the bed was rock hard.

#Safety for children was very concerning to me #Internet was horrible #sink leaked on counter no place to put items #no toilet lid, items falling in toilet due to leaking sink #no place for luggage #towels felt like cardboard After leaving we went to KOA in Rock Springs we’re we actually had towels that were soft and not cardboard Rock Springs internet worked, there was a toilet seat

We were in premium spot which needed regrading had a bad slope on the rv pad. Also had to sweep the patio area ourselves as it was covered in soil and rocks. Liked checkin process and camp store especially fudge made on site, and ice cream trailer. But our spot was a real let down.

Wasn't happy about the dog park due to all the dirt and no grass also we felt the campsites were very tight..no space between your neighbors..Now the mountainside journey was perfect..the food was good also..its only 1.5 miles down the road..much better

Stay was fine. Park roads and sites need to have trees trimmed back to accommodate full height Class A motorhomes and large 5th wheels. I would not bring my 43’ class A into this park. Could not drive up access roads to sites without hitting branches and had to change my assigned site due to a low tree branch in the site.

Wonderful campground. I highly recommend it for families. They have great things for kids to do and the staff is super friendly! Only improvement will be when they get there stronger wifi. Thank you!

Overall, our stay was great. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the website description of the cabins is not accurate. Special shout out to Judy in Housekeeping. She was very kind and helpful.

Great location and hospitality. They recently went through a change of ownership and we know everything is not quite done...so two suggestions. Improve the wifi quality and distance. Step up the bathroom cleanings. Other than that great setting, lots of trees and shade and of course, close easy access to YNP.

Great stay, a lot of activities, they serve breakfast which was delicious, they have pedal cart rentals which were great except they could use some cushions because they bruised my kids backs, they were having so much fun they didn’t notice until after, they have showers which were helpful, would recommend.

One of my favorite KOAs! This was my 3rd time visiting. Nice setting, shaded lots and easy to get in and out. It even has a summertime restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff! Very close to Yellowstone

It was great all workers were friendly and helpful. Site was nice. The thunder storms in the afternoon noon were a nice break from the heat. The family would definitely go back!!

Site is terrible to get in and it also not even close to level. The swing is un usable because its has bird crap on it.

Check in was very easy. Staff members were very polite and willing to help with anything we needed. Very clean and friendly campground. Would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

Will not return. Water pressure 25-30. Advertised WiFi is false advertisement. The dangerous children bicycle activity around the office will eventually result in injury and/death as vehicles are backing up and pulling in. Every inch of soil is used to squeeze tent campers next to RVs. Way too crowded to sit outside and enjoy your campsite. People/children walk/run through the site with us there.
