The sites were nice if not a little close together. The amenities for kids were nice. The bathrooms were pretty clean but the showers were not. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

We had a great time! The staff were friendly. We appreciated the ability to change sites with no hassle! We were disappointed that there were no bike rentals available. We were concerned about safety because someone was walking around the campground about 1-2 AM one morning; paid particular interest in the motorcycles in the next campsite.

They are price gouging their customers. I bought a gallon of milk and they charged me $11.oo and the next day I bought a gallon at a convenience store which is higher than a supermarket and only paid $3.99 which is standard price and tha will keep me from going back and I will let people know .

Great location but dirty showers :( We stayed next to the kamp kitchen & dealt with noise into quiet time. Past midnight. Cabin was clean & staff was pretty friendly!!

Very nice park very clean good level site ...down side is the sites are to close together, everyone's patio is right next to your neighbors septic hose, park roads are very narrow.

Very close to Yellowstone. Perfect location. Staff was amazing. Sites are not level to the point where our whole row of patio sites were on bricks or tires off the ground. This location has very few pull throughs that are not patios now. You are paying now to have a premium unlevel site. Not big rig friendly. Amazing helpful staff though ready with extra blocks and to modify your stairs for doors

It was our first KOA stay as we just bought our first trailer! We had an amazing stay. So impressed with all the amenities! We had everything there we needed. Tiffany at the front desk was especially amazing, helpful and nice! All the people were great down to the gentleman that filled our propane tank. The only thing I’d wish for is a jacuzzi ��

What a GREAT KOA!! One of the best we have stayed at! (mostly) level parking spot, shaded!!! and not to small, and the park is just far enough outside of town to be remote, while close enough to be convenient. Their onsite kitchen created pretty decent food (we did diner our first night and skipped breakfast the next day - to get into Yellowstone earlier), and their ice-cream was delicious!

Excellent place if you have kids. There are lots of fun facilities that kids will love, from kart and bike rentals to a bouncy playground and an excellent pool. Quiet hours are strictly enforced and it’s like a switch gets flipped. Perfectly quiet after 9 pm or a little after that.

Loved that we could have RV and camp site close to each other and Cabin not too far. Showers were great. Laundry room saved us after a sick kid. Employees were SUPER!

So dusty. The workers go too fast and traffic in general. 10 mph is too fast with all the children. The laundry room was filthy.

Our car was broken into and attempted theft of it. Not park fault! I don’t blame park at all. The manager blamed me & was uninterested in the fact that someone attempted to steal my car. I finally got a hold of him at 3pm, I informed staff starting at 8am when I asked for the manager and another staff member at 11am. At 3 pm he asked why is it the first he’s hearing of this? nice family friendly place. If I had a complaint it would be that the trees need to be limbed up. They drag on the roof and or sides of any bigger campers. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the site. The bathrooms by the dog park could use a deep cleaning and updating. The crows that where throughout the campground are quite annoying. But otherwise it was a pleasant stay and lots of fun.

the crows come out at 6 am and start their loud chattering that wakes everyone - they crap all over everything and are there all day. this campground has been taken over by crows Be weary there is a busy highway that runs past town campground, and that is the first assignment for a camper until you ask to not be assigned there; if it is near full someone needs to take these super noisy spots

I was very impressed with all the employee's employed at this KOA. The young lady that checked me in was very professional, the site escort helped guide me into my site and the maintenence staff who helped setup my TV made for a wonderful stay.

Everything is onsight which is very convenient. From store to food to coffee. Heated swimming pool all great amenities.

Bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Lots of amenities available. Only complaint I could make is the cabin mattress pads were bit thin, but we knew it wouldn't be great.

It was nice, Nice store, family friendly. My one suggestion would be this, There is one shower stall a little wider, was this suppose to be for handicapped people?? I am not handicapped, but I have balance problems Itwould be nice to have some hand grips in the shower, Same with bathroom stalls. Thank you, Vickie Danton

This is a great KOA in many ways: nice store, good amenities, WIFI that works, friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a back in site along the road side of the park, and of course the road noise from 65 mph vehicles was loud More concerning is the danger if a car leaves the highway. There is no barrier, not even a low curb, and only a few yards separating the road from the camp sites. Scary!

Very nice park. Despite most everyone around us having dogs, it was a beautiful and peaceful place. Entrance comes up fast so look ahead for the yellow KOA sign.

Space was clean and well manicured. Utilities all worked very well. Staff seemed over worked, might need more help as they offer alot of different activities. Showers and bathrooms at the main lodge were very clean and updated. Could serve there coffee shack coffee till a later time of 9:30, and I wasn't the only guest thinking that.

The Yellowstone Park / West Gate KOA is a beautiful campground with RV, cabin, and tent sites. Our patio site featured mature pine trees, a swing, and a picnic table. Amenities included an indoor pool, dog park, camp store, coffee shop, and ice cream stand. Its location just minutes from Yellowstone's West Entrance made it an ideal base for exploring the park. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.
