Very nice pull through RV tree lots. Concrete platforms, including personal grill and porch swings for 2.The store well stocked. The public facilities clean. The occasionally prepared food grill served food was delicious and a bonus.

The park is extremely tight ! We had a pull through and had to back out so we didn’t tear off our ac unit ! There’s no way we could have pulled out especially with other campers . This park is way too tight , tents had more room

We thoroughly enjoyed the campground, amenities and the excellent staff. The close access to Yellowstone NP. The only negative relates to campfires. The sites are close together. The campfires forced us to closeup our RV and keep the AC off. Otherwise, our RV would fill with smoke smells.

Compared to other KOAs, this was very disappointing. The bathrooms were not clean, including the showers which had mildew on the walls, shower mats, and shower curtains.

Had a problem with our door to our cabin. We lost an hour of park time while waiting for someone to come fix it. We finally left with them fixing it but then spent another hour trying to get into our cabin and having them fix the door again. Apologies were given. But a little token of a voucher for food or something else would have been appropriate for the inconvenience. Bed is super hard!

This is our third time at Yellowstone and the KOA was wonderful. It was clean. It’s always a relief to know that you are staying at a place that’s consistent and that’s all I can say is is the best way to travel, friendly helpful and we enjoy our time.

Great place to stay the only complaint was toilet paper in the bathrooms . The breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. All staff was polite and helpful. We will definitely stay again. We brought our chocolate lab and she was in heaven with all the walking she could do and the friendly doggies. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. The Highlands

Nice facility with good location. Desk personnel very helpful as we extended our stay by one day. Owls flying about and perching briefly each evening was wonderful to see.

I brought my co-ed group of Scouts ("Boy" Scouts and we welcome girls now, too!) here and we all thoroughly enjoyed our week-long adventure in Yellowstone and especially having this KOA as our base! The site is excellent and the staff are fantastic! Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and eager to help us have a wonderful time! Huge thank you to Sam and his crew!

My stay was great, the ladies was so super nice and friendly and funny. The older guy that was driving around in a golf cart was super helpful. He helped us hockey up our water and electric. First time with this camper trailer. I'm sorry I didn't remember everyone's name so 5 stars to the staff. My family and I need to stay longer to enjoy more The one complaint was the showers was really dirty.

Campground is convenient to Yellowstone. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the ability to change our reserved site to be closer to our daughter and her family's site. It would be nice to have an option to be able to when you register, say that you are traveling with someone.

Our stay was pleasant. The amenities of restrooms, showers, laundry service, store, and prepared food/outdoor cafe was excellent! The part that was least enjoyable, was tenting on the last lane, by the roadside. It was too noisy to talk at times & too noisy to have a restful night's sleep. The constant drone of loud vehicles made our location, most unpleasant, we didn't sleep well.

This is a great campground. My only issue is they allow everyone to have a camp fire which made this campground very difficult to enjoy. They need to do community campfires instead.

We loved our stay at the KOA. It so so fun and family friendly. The jump pad and the playground were next level. My kids loved everything at this site. The employees really put their hearts and souls into this business. Literally everything we needed was right at the KOA. The owners literally thought of everything a family would need or want.

All the staff is very, very friendly and helpful. My site was to narrow, had no space to hang out for a campfire without burning down our camper !!!!! The pool was indoors so didn't go to pool.

I stayed in your cabin 511 last week. Res #18616252. I am 100% sure that I left my patagonia jacket, a trucker hat, and a brand new Yellowstone sweatshirt on the hooks behind the door. I have called 2x + front desk claims they’ve found nothing. No offer to ask housekeeping, no care at all to help. I forgot the stuff, yes, but someone has to have found it. I’m so sad and frustrated. :(

The sites were nice if not a little close together. The amenities for kids were nice. The bathrooms were pretty clean but the showers were not. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

We had a great time! The staff were friendly. We appreciated the ability to change sites with no hassle! We were disappointed that there were no bike rentals available. We were concerned about safety because someone was walking around the campground about 1-2 AM one morning; paid particular interest in the motorcycles in the next campsite.

Very nice park. Despite most everyone around us having dogs, it was a beautiful and peaceful place. Entrance comes up fast so look ahead for the yellow KOA sign.

Space was clean and well manicured. Utilities all worked very well. Staff seemed over worked, might need more help as they offer alot of different activities. Showers and bathrooms at the main lodge were very clean and updated. Could serve there coffee shack coffee till a later time of 9:30, and I wasn't the only guest thinking that.

The Yellowstone Park / West Gate KOA is a beautiful campground with RV, cabin, and tent sites. Our patio site featured mature pine trees, a swing, and a picnic table. Amenities included an indoor pool, dog park, camp store, coffee shop, and ice cream stand. Its location just minutes from Yellowstone's West Entrance made it an ideal base for exploring the park. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.
