We had a nice corner site with a patio, very comfortable with space enough for our extra long/ derp slideout. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Our stay here was awesome! We rented a cabin & it had everything we needed & was very cozy. The staff were very helpful & friendly.

Campground really nice. Staff really friendly. Nice restaurant for bison burgers. Only downside is sewer is not threaded.

Lovely campground, but very expensive. You advertise internet, but the signal is so weak that we were unable to connect. For $200/night, there should be hotspots all over the grounds.

Location was great. Close the park and the town. My only issue was that we had to leave before sunrise and it was hard to unhook without any lights. Just a few lights around the campground might help with that.

We wish we booked more than a night here to enjoy the activities at the campground. This is definitely a cheaper option for lodging to visit Yellowstone National Park. We enjoyed our stay.

Had a good stay. I like the bikes but thought the price was high. The pool was nice but, it would be nice to have some adult only time later. We did notice that the dumpster was not bear proof.

FYI. 1. Must have cash to use W/D in laundry room, no credit cards and you can’t get cash in the store. 2. Breakfast is only served until 9:30 am. Hamburgers were delicious! 3. Close to Yellowstone and Yellowstone National Park! 4. Excellent staff!

First stay at a KOA park, everything was great, friendly staff, facilities very clean, and Shannon was very welcoming! Thank you and we will recommend to everyone!

this is a great KOA, activities for kids an indoor pool in a country environment. It is close to Yellowstone most popular site.

No wifi at our site, it was only available when you were right outside the office. The bathrooms were clean but should be upgraded to compare to others we've seen that we paid a log less to stay at.

Most night I'm camping, it is at a national forest or state campground, and the campsites are more spread out. The nice thing about this is that a tent camper, like me, can by rising at first light, can survey the surrounding area, and upon seeing nobody, dress at the picnic-table. With so many campsites so close together, doing this at a KOA is just too risky, and dressing inside the tent i.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. The food was delicious and kept me full for most of the day. The shared showers and bathrooms were well maintained.

This was our third time at this campground. We love the location too Yellowstone NP. Campsites on the north and east side are boggy when it rains. Those sites can also be noisy because of the road nearby. Showers nearest the camp store need major upgrading. Pooling water in the showers is very unsanitary. Very friendly staff. Fun activities for kids and good food amenities.

Over priced for space rental and up charges if you don't want to camp 10 feet from the Highway. We have been staying at KOA's for our 2 month long vacation and have been totally satisfied with every one we have stayed with except this one!!! Bait and switch tactics used by this KOA are deplorable and should not be in the KOA network.

I enjoined my stay but wish I would have been able to choose my cabin number as we had family staying in another Trailer spot and they ended up being very far from us. I was unable to wash/dry my clothes as there was 4 drier down and many washers making a line for dryers.

We had a great stay. The office staff were fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable. We liked all of the amenities on the property. My kids love the indoor pool. The only complaint, if there is one is that the RV sites are tightly packed, but still worth the stay. We would stay again.

We stayed in a cabin and it was very nice and clean. The breakfast served by the campsite was AWESOME! Only thing keeping it from being 5 stars was the shower cleanliness. There was a lot of things splattered on the shower walls and dirt/grime on the tile floors.

We had the best time - 8 nights. The site was shaded and had a wonderful swing. The staff were wonderful. Bathrooms and showers were neat, clean, and there was never a wait. We had their breakfast on our last day. It was wonderful! The only issue was with internet connectivity. Even while camping there is "stuff" to take care of. We had to rely on our cellphone hotspot.

Kids (5 & 8) loved the pool, jumping pad and playground. Lovely campground that was clean with lots of amenities and proximity to the west entrance. We stayed right beside the highway though and it was hard to sleep, even in our truck camper with the highway noise. The opposite side of the park had more trees and was far quieter. We will book there next time.

Nice clean park. Very busy, but nice to see families enjoying camping together. Despite the crowds, the park was very quiet. Great proximity to West Yellowstone entrance. Enjoyed Grizzly & Wolf Center and Wild West Local rodeo near by.

This KOA is under new management and it's noticeable. We stay at this KOA frequently. We stayed last year and will next. This year we noticed improvements. I deducted one star for RV pad levelness. The pads are neither level front to back nor side to side. The front to back is about as good as it can get, but the side to side could be improved. Well shaded, friendly staff, but a tight KOA.

We stayed for 4 nights. The weather was cold and rainy so the sites were a bit muddy where we were. But nothing too bad. The noise from the highway was louder than expected. Overall the campground is very well maintained, and the facilites are kept very clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful with all enquires. The general store is also a very nice. I would stay again!

Our only complaint was the shower curtain in 321. Either raise the rod, or shorten the curtain. It was nasty having the curtain all bunched up on the bottom of the shower floor.

We arrived late but was greeted promptly and made aware of bear activity in the area. Thank you for the heads up! They showers were clean. Laundry room was good. There were a couple of machines down, but this didn't affect our stay. Ate breakfast the following morning. Very good! Our stay was short, but what time we were there was very nice.

Our stay at Yellowstone West Gate KOA was amazing! Check-in was quick, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we loved being so close to the park entrance. Our cabin was clean and well taken care of. Bathrooms were also clean and conveniently located. I would definitely recommend this KOA and would stay here again! Thanks for a great experience!

The campsites were so close together the neighbors music, kids and dogs drowned out our conversations inside our trailer with the windows closed! The neighbors sewer line was right by our picnic table. We were put in a horrible site on a dysfunctional, steep slope that was dangerous for getting in and out of the trailer. We eat instead and never had a fire, because of the yucky the outside.

This is a must stay!! Close to the West Entrance of Yellowstone. They have everything you could need. The staff was very knowledgeable about the park and gave us great ideas. There was active bears in the area and the staff was on top of it. We loved our stay and will be back.

We have been to many KOAs and this one was the most accommodating! Has the best general store, pool house is awesome, and the location to Yellowstone is so close! Highly recommend!!!

My parents and I stayed in a deluxe cabin while we explored Yellowstone and area. Everything was perfect although we would recommend moving the big rock beside the parking spot a little further away from where vehicles would sit. Also, we brought sleeping bags, pillows, folding chairs, towels, etc because the website said "bring your own linens." We suggest amending that on the website.
