I found that the shower stalls have a pink substance on them (possibly mold?) that looks as though the shower walls have not been properly cleaned. I double checked ot make sure it wasn't just some splattered shampoo from the previous user and found it in other showers as well. Usually, this location has been fine.

The campground is well layed out. Remember ur in the mountains very limited internet access yet who came to watch movies or surf the internet? Not me....enjoy

Nice park. Pool was indoors and heated. Playground and jump pad were also great for the kids. We would definitely come back. We had a great experience. Well organized and good service. Only complaint was no WiFi even though it’s advertised. Seems to be a KOA thing. All in all it was fun, it was well located, and we’d go back.

Tent site with water and electricity. It was next to a construction site and the main highway. It was very loud. It rained and our site became a giant mud puddle ( not KOA's fault) because of the ruts in the ground. The bathrooms were very clean however the shower rooms were gross. They could use some bleach on the floors and walls. Staff was VERY nice. The actual camp ground is very clean.

Everything was great EXCEPT if you advertise WIFI you should provide wifi. I need it for work while I am on vacation and the only place I could use it was literally right outside the office. And then it was spotty. Very disappointing.

Very friendly. Clean. Bison burgers were amazing. KOA store is very well stocked. Showers were hot and water pressure was amazing. Our cabin was perfect. Extremely close to Yellowstone and shopping/restaurants. Highly recommend.

Our stay was really nice. Lots of amenities, however the camp store prices were quite high for Ben & Jerry’s ice cream. $8 per pint was too much! Washing machines were $3 per load. Should’ve been 1/2 that price. Other than those two complaints, our stay was awesome!

Parked us by the very busy highway with more peaceful sites available. We were also told when reservation was made there would be ample shade. We were in full sun. Park is clean and most staff friendly.

The staff are excellent and very friendly. I just wish there was a way to limit the dogs per camp site. We had some dog owners that seem not to care that their dogs would bark constantly and others that didn't pick up their dog messes,

We always stay with you when we come to Yellowstone. Everyone is very friendly and. helpful. I do have a suggestion. The women's bathroom could use new shower heads. Some of them do not provide any pressure and it is only a light spray.

We had a great time staying at this KOA. The on-site meals were excellent and the prices very reasonable. We have stayed at many campgrounds over the past few months to/from Alaska and this is one of the best yet.

The reservation I made was cancelled by your people which was disappointing but your nice staff found me a rv spot for 2 nights but not the 3 nights I originally asked and paid for. So had to get a hotel room. But everything else was great I recommend always checking to make sure ones reservations are still there before showing up

We were very impressed with this campground. There is a well-stocked store, lots of kid-friendly activities including an indoor swimming pool and hamper pad. The grill offering breakfast and BBQ dinner was a gem! Lots of mature trees provided plenty of shade. The campground is located just outside of West Yellowstone and is a short drive to Yellowstone’s west entrance gate.

Signed up for two nights in site #39. Stayed the first night, checked out early and cancelled second night. If I could attach pictures from my phone, I would. Nasty sewage hook up with broken cover and piece of 2x4 for a cover, spilled and dried sewage on the ground, site is next to humming electric boxes and street light over that area cycles on and off all night long about every 60 seconds.

The park was convenient to Yellowstone and the bathrooms were kept clean. Although there had recently been a bear attack very close to the campground, I felt safe. The staff at the campground were very friendly.

My family and I loved our stay KOA. The staff was friendly and very informative. I made our reservation over the phone easily. Checking in was quick. The staff provided a map of town and recommended some restaurants and grocery stores. The camp grounds were clean and very well kept. The bathrooms and showers were great. My family and I will definitely stay at KOA again. I highly recommend it.

Friendly staff; nice area. Took my grandkids; they loved the thoughful playground and the large indoor pool. Easy drive into Yellowstone.

Yellowstone Park/West Gate KOA rocks! The design of the park makes for an easy transition. The entire staff are consummate professionals. Every staff member is well experienced, courteous, helpful and friendly at the highest degree. In addition, every guest I interacted with were amazingly friendly. I have already highly recommended Yellowstone Park/West Gate KOA to family and friends.

Had a wonderful trip at the KOA! Only downside was the crazy bug situation! Citronella candles will be added to the list next time. The cabin was great and the linens and kitchen items were a nice surprise! Only suggestion would be to open pool earlier for those early morning risers 10am is a bit late.

Our tent site was in a terrible spot on gravel and not close to the bathrooms so that is the reason I rated it so low.

Pros - breakfast was AWESOME!!! A great bouncy pad for the kids, a nice pool and friendly staff. Cons - we stayed in a tent and were placed next to the loud highway; it sounded like trucks were going to run us over at all hours of the night! Happily I had earplugs. Wifi wasn't so good even sitting at the Reception center.

Very nice facilities. The only downfall was that their wifi didn't work unless you were up at the main store area and the pool was bit to cold to swim in. Other than that it was a great stay

Terrible, not working internet service. Very large campground. Good distance to laundry. No bear lockers.
