The grounds were nice and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We wish the cabins had mattresses on the beds that would be comfortable enough to get a decent nights' sleep.

Clean campground, friendly staff, great amenities! My only complaint is the dryers. After 2 1/2 hours on high, our clothes were still damp - even after splitting the load into 2 separate dryers.

Beautiful views and easy access to Yellowstone West entrance without being in town. Kids loved the pool and playground! Staff were all awesome

Our stay was excellent! Everything was very organized and all staff was very friendly and helpful! The campground was clean and very well maintained. We will be back!

First time we have stayed in a KOA and we were impressed! Grandkids loved the pool and jump pad, the bathrooms were very clean, the whole experience was above our expectations. Please tell your staff what a great job they are doing!!

Everything was wonderful! All of the staff were very helpful! The store was stocked the campground was clean, and the best part of all we felt welcome.

Loved the campground and all the trees. Very friendly staff and helpful services, such as ice delivery! My only suggestion would be to offer whole milk at the Koffee Kart, it is better for diabetics. Otherwise, we loved our stay.

We were there for 6 nights and had a pull through 50A space with swing bench and metal picnic table on a concrete pad. The gravel pad for the coach was level and the spacing between neighbors was ideal. The only issue we had was the water pressure. It was pretty low at around 25psi. The grounds were very well maintained, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Pricey, but a winner!

The staff and amenities are great,the location for tent campers is not. 100 ft from one of the most busy highways and right next to a ditch of standing water, mosquitoes paradise. If we had been in a camper I’m sure we would have rated 5 star, this is not a tent campers best choice though, VERY loud at night with all the traffic being right next to the road. Also the cafe is a take out window.

As far as the KOA and staff, everything was great! This is the 3rd time I've stayed here. My only recommendation would be to carry tent stakes in the store. My husband left ours home by accident.

This was like a little city! Everything we needed was right there! We enjoyed the ice cream shop, the live music, the gift shop and the food choices.I wish I knew more before arriving we would have planned better to do the trail rides and reserved our narrated tour of Mt Rushmore and other sites before they filled up for the day. Definitely would go back if we had the chance.

Sites were not very level. People driving way too fast through the park. Park was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning.

I had a wonderful 5 night stay at West Yellowstone KOA. Beautiful campground - clean bathroom and private showers; great play area for kids with a bounce pad and playground. On site coffee kiosk and small cafe for breakfast and light dinner. Staff were so personable and helpful - even gave me a jump when my car wouldn’t start!

Bathrooms were dirty; soap dispensers not always full; bed very hard in cabin; smoking policy is terrible. I don’t appreciate a cigarette/ cigar smokers fumes coming in my cabin around my children.

Great family campground, deserving of them holiday designation.Firewood is expensive. Mattress in cabin was poor and needs replacing. Garbage needs to be animal/raven proof. Lead by example when in this terrain.

The park and the employees, especially Kathy, Bob and Zack, were so nice and so helpful. Our neighbors the first night were very inconsiderate and rude but your staff handled it nicely. Then our little emergency with our dog was taken care of so nicely. Thank you to all who helped us.

We enjoined being at Yellowstone West Gate. Everything went well. The facilities, grounds were clean. The park is quite large and there's a lot for children to do. There's a nice large indoor swimming pool and much more. The personnel were friendly and very helpful. Especially SammI. I left a water regulator behind. I called the desk the next day from another campground on our journey. She found it, packaged it up for me and sent it to my home. That's exceptional! The location is great if you're planning a trip to the park. The only downside is that sites are kind of narrow. Our neighbor had their camp fire right up next to our slide out. It set off our smoke alarms When I booked the site, I told them I had slide outs. There is a little drive in style eatery with comfort food. Also a coffee bar. We saw a lot of people really enjoying both at covered picnic tables. We would come back.
