Very quiet - only 3 other campers there when we stayed. They happily downgraded us from an RV site to a Tent site since our CamperVan didn't need any utilities. Had a nice site with parking on the grass at the back of the campground away from the road noise.

Minimal water pressure in bathrooms. LOTS of mosquitoes as well! Otherwise a nice stay.

We didn’t even set up camp. Left without staying. It just wasn’t for us. No shade. To close to a main road. Old and tired place for tent camping. The camper spaces look much nicer. The cabins looked decent.

We were the only camper in the tent area. Restrooms were very clean, hot water in the sink but I found only warm in the men's handicap shower. The grounds were spacious and kept clean.

Love this KOA, it’s clean and well kept. The amenities make it extra nice and the area surrounding is full of places to eat, hike, and enjoy. Our neighbors were the only downfall of this visit, staying up past 12am and getting up by 7am making noise the whole time.

Site was very nice and clean Restroom and shower were both very clean and well maintained Actually the entire campground was very well maintained Above all all of the staff were professional,very helpful and pleasant I would highly recommend this campground

Daniel, the campground manager, offered to suggest some places to visit during our 2 night stay. I am so glad that we welcomed his ideas- he knows the are very well and there were more places to visit than we had time for. Very clean bathrooms, even with a nearly full campground.

Our tent spot was shaded well with all the trees! Plenty of grass to play football games with other guests! The bathrooms needed a lot of attention! Our second day there, there was only one toilet stall operable and two shower stalls operable!

We loved the campground in general. We enjoyed the grass, the pool and the mini golf. The staff was so friendly and wonderful. My only complaint was the bathrooms. They kept having clogged toilets and they had broken locks on some of the stalls.

Lovely campground. Great communication. Things were nice and bathroom/showers promptly cleaned before and after the morning rush of people. The town was cute and had a wonderful 4th of July festival. This was a great base for Dinosaur National Monument and some great hikes. We had a great time.

We had a tent site. The group next to us was extremely large and loud. We didn’t realize we were next to a group site. The children in the group were loud after quiet hours and repeatedly ran into our site hitting our tent as we were trying to sleep. It would be nice if there was more supervision at the campground.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great campsite, close to so many places to see. Dinosaur National Monument is not to be missed.

Awesome campground! It was so clean and well maintained. My kids had a blast doing the scavenger hunt and playing in the pool. The bathrooms were clean and the sites were really nice. We would definitely visit again!

I had a last-minute booking with this KOA, and it was not only my first in Vernal, but my first KOA stay overall. 5/5 for a tent site with no power hookups (as I requested). The site's access to showers, sinks, and laundry facilities were all beyond expectations. The region is beautiful and so this is a great jumping off point. Should I be able to plan vacation into the area, I know where to book.

Everything was great except our tent site was right next to the busy highway. All night long trucks were running. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Very clean and well kept campground with easy access to Dinosaur National Monument and to Vernal. Pretty near a busy road with trucks 24 hours a day so if you are in a tent, bring earplugs. Comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great Camp! We had a fun fam reunion staying at the Dino KOA. Our grandkids loved the pool, mini-golf, bounce pad & playground. Plenty of shade & a large grassy area for games/playing. Great location just minutes from our lake day at Steinaker & close to the dinosaur museum, the Natl Park Quarry, etc. Showers/toilet clean & cared for. Staff very helpful; Thanks Scott. Best campground in my life!

Really great campground. Only problem was that in the evening there was zero shade from about 5 till 9, which had us huddled in a corner behind our tent.

The facility was clean and very well maintained. friendly service. Location is great with easy access to town, Dinosaur NM, Lakes, Rivers, forests. I would rate higher except for the nonstop truck and road noise 24/7 from extraction and fracking operations nearby.

The staff were terrific in handling all of our questions and concerns before we arrived and after we arrived! The campground was nice and clean (especially the restrooms, showers, and outdoor sinks). All of the play-things (playground, jump pad, mini-golf, pool, etc.) were well maintained and ready to be used! We had a great stay! :)

Good place for families with little kids as there is a lot of activities but for adults staying there, we really didn’t like the lack of privacy as all the tent sites were right next to each other and it ended up not feeling worth the money (as it was pretty costly compared to other sites). Overall, disappointed but would say it’s good for little kids.
