Easy to get to, loved that the cabins were more tucked away but still close to the bathrooms. Clean cabin, enjoyed the coffee outside on cabin swing.

This location is a KOA Holiday and a president's award winner for 2023, but it looked like deferred maintenance all around the camp. One washer was out of order; doors needed to be painted; bathrooms had towel dispensers replaced by air dryers (those are never my favorite) and the walls weren't repainted; and staff apologized about the porch on our cabin. This place was nothing special.

Excellent staff who were friendly and thought of anything we might need before we even asked. The only downside was that the highway was very noisy at night with semi trucks using their Jake breaks at all hours and the mattresses were very uncomfortable in the woody tent we stayed in.

Cabin and grounds were clean and well maintained. Miniature golf course, swimming pool, playground d and Kamp K9 were also clean and beautiful! Daily activities scheduled to keep guests entertained. The staff was wonderful - housekeeping stopped by to check on my noisy hound with separation anxiety while my husband and I spent a few hours away. We will definitely be back

We have stayed here before and really enjoy the campground. We got to participate for Saturday morning camp pancakes. We stay here for the amenities of the park, would be much better if there was more shade options. The entire kids area is wide open and way to hot to use during the day. Overall nice place, good camping kitchen, nice bathrooms and showers.

We loved staying in the Tipi for the most part. It does get really hot during the day which made things a little difficult for my kids. Overall, the camp was really fun. We loved the mini golf!

We loved the convenience of the half bath in the Tipi. A very nice place to stay. Had a great time in the pool and watching the movie in the pavilion. Very nice campground can't wait to come back and rent some of the other cabins.

Well-maintained, facilities as advertised, ample on-site fun. Situated within 20min walking distance from Main Street and a 15min drive from numerous local attractions. We had a great time!

We loved our stay at this KOA! There are so many wonderful amenities, the cabins are clean and comfortable, the KOA is close to many interesting places, and the site manager, Daniel, is so helpful and kind. We will be back!!

We had over 60 people for our family reunion. Some had cabins,tent sites,teepees, and rv sites. I did'nt hear any complaints. The staff was courteous and attended to our requests quickly. Despite the flooding you had this past spring I felt you had cleaned things up well. Thanks for a great week.

The campground was beautiful, and well maintained. There was some flooding in the pet area, but the staff were doing everything they could to get it open ASAP.

We had a fantastic stay at the Vernal KOA. Our cabins were clean and accessible, and close to all the amenities we needed. We had opted for the rustic cabins, and were surprised and delighted to find that even though the cabins didn't have air conditioning (as we had been previously advised), there was a floor fan in each of our two cabins. The girls in the office were helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay, however last year there were fans in the camping cabins, this year we had to go and buy one. They did have heaters, but it is the 4th of July and not winter time. The back side of our cabin was so tall with grass when we backed our boat in, however we did find Bill and he was very helpful and got on it right away and weed ate the grass. A mop should be used to clean the floors

We rented a tent site with electric and were assigned a site with no shade, no table, and a busy road next to it. We requested a move to the site next to it which had shade and a table, but the road, which is a feeder to I-80 was noisy all night, which made for unpleasant sleep. The second night, we upgraded to a basic cabin so we could sleep.

Limited wifi - kept fading away. Floor in cabin was unclean. I swept from under the beds - much dust bunnies, mouse droppings and small trash. There was a cockroach when I arrived. Borrowed mop from housekeeping.

The Dubois KOA is a awesome campground with clean cabins and facilities. The town is small but very pretty. The downtown area is in walking distance from camp. Great stop and quiet.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! We stayed in the Moonshine cabin, and the only issue we had was that the hide-a-bed linens hadn’t been changed and there were food crumbs in the kitchen and up in the loft, causing some ants to be in the cabin. This was easily remedied by sweeping it out ourselves. Overall, the campground was clean and had a lot of activities for our kids.

Check in staff were not knowledgeable about facilities at campground. When asked about the Disc Golf "course", were told that they knew nothing about it. It rained heavily one night during stay and open grassy area between cabins and shower house became a lake. Better drainage is needed there and in some of the activity areas.

We stay in KOA cabins frequently, and we were very disappointed with this location. The room was not properly cleaned. The counter and table were covered in food crumbs, the floors turned our feet black, and we found the TV remote underneath the fridge. There was no soap or shampoo provided, and the hot water heater was only 20 gallons - not enough for four showers. Pool was closed for repairs.

We really like to stay here for the vernal rock rally. The staff is always nice and helpful. We stayed in a cabin and the only thing we would change is maybe one more usable electrical outlet in the wall! Thanks for making this a good place to stay!

The pool was not open and was green, my kids were so disappointed. We stayed in your teepee and the "roof" was not fully closed. The mosquitos were terrible. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

My boys had such a blast. The deluxe cabin was perfect for our family of 4, and all of the activity options were awesome. Even just the big field in the back was perfect for them to run around with all the kids from the camp. The service was also great and everyone was so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Staff helpful and friendly. Gas grill was not working efficiently and toilet in cabin was needing attention as it kept running after being flushed. This has been reported to management. Nice campground and staff was always working on grounds. Would definitely return when in area.

Generally a great stay but, as with most KOA sites we have visited, intermittent wi-fi. The restroom door also failed to lock much to the shock of an American child 🤣 Great location to explore the surrounding area. We loved the Moon Arch which was only a few miles out of town. The shop has a fantastic set of about 20 walks that you can take of the surrounding area. Vernal itself was a nice town and we enjoyed our best, and cheapest, meal there at Betty's Cafe.

The site layout is pretty good with plenty of space. Only 2 complaints were the distance to the bathrooms and the back border of the campsite being a rusty Barbed Wire fence, wouldn't be too great for kids to get tangled up in.
