I was extremely disappointed that the pool was closed during my stay even though it was over Fourth of July weekend. I really only booked a KOA in order to use the swimming pool.

They were very accommodating. We had to change our accommodations after we got there and they had no issues helping us out. The teepee on this site is not a place that should be stayed in during the summer due to the lack of air flow creating a heat dome inside the teepee. They immediately moved us to a cabin with air when the heat got to be too much.

This is a lovely campground. We stayed in a Kamping Kabin and enjoyed the green space around us. The staff at the store was super kind. I enjoyed chatting with her and looking at the cool stuff in the store.

This was an okay KOA, not the best we have stayed at, but still a decent KOA. We stayed in the deluxe cabin. The cabin was very nice and clean. Ours boys said the bunkbed mattresses were not very comfortable. The pool was good. The showers were okay. Again, have had better showers at other KOA's, but it got the job done. Great location for going to Dinosaur National Monument!

We chose this KOA for the main meeting place for our family reunion. Great location, very clean, nice showers, big grassy area, and the little kids enjoyed the pool. Would recommend

the camp workers were Very good to work with. we had some people in our family that needed something special and they were willing to work with us. not koa fault but kind of hot and windy. overall good experience.

This was our first trip to Dinosaurland KOA. Juanita and Katherine went out of their way to make our stay extremely special. Juanita is a very jovial and engaging kind lady. Katherine is amazingly friendly and a hard-working young lady. She went above and beyond to fix our cabin concerns. Her strong work ethic is commendable. Scott is also a hard worker. The staff were great. helpful and courteous. The Everything was great except the beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. The bed also sunk in the middle, so it was difficult to get comfortable. The fan was horribly loud and there was only one plug so we couldn't charge our electronics for the next day without unplugging either the fan or fridge.

I had gotten a camping cabin that had Air conditioning, the cabin AC was not working at all and was very hard to even have the kids in the cabin to take a nap. I asked the office 2 times to have it looked at and no one did! I was told someone would but that never happened. Very bad experience. I get it’s a camp ground but I paid for cooling and was lied to about someone to assist and help.

The cabin was wonderful to stay in. Terrible parking at it if you are there with a truck and trailer, they want you to park in a random field with no street lights next to the trailer park. The traffic coming in and out of the Trailer park was noisy too.

We loved our cabin DC4. The outside patio was very big. We star gazed on the porch that also had seating. Close to town, Dinosaur National park, and more. The camp host was very nice and knowledgeable and he made us feel very welcomed. KOA store/office had a ton of shirts and gifts. We purchased most of shirts and gifts there. Cabin key was even a dinosaur keychain. Will be back!

The host was awesome! Our cabin was clean and warm ( it was freezing outside). Lots of space for the grandkids to play. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area!

We had a great stay at DC2. The only complaint would be with the faucet in the kitchen. It was very difficult to close it completely. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Our fam had a great stay at the deluxe cabins at this KOA. It was a cozy refuge from rainy weather and a great place to return to after daytime adventures. If I could change one thing, it would be wider steps to the top bunk for foot comfort. It was hard even for kids to use the ladder without much care. We would definitely stay here again!

Beatiful location. Very close to downtown Vernal and close to the Utah entrance of Dinosaur National Monument. Check in was very easy and the staff were very helpful and nice.

Beautiful grounds. Peaceful location. Friendly and accommodating staff. Nice camping cabin. However, the washroom facilities need work (maybe also security codes for the doors). We also did not like the fact that both times we have stayed at this KOA, there were "homeless" people (who obviously did not pay to stay) slipping out early in the morning before the KOA staff arrived.

Cabin was cozy and just what we needed when we weren’t at the convention. We arrived late-after hours, but the communication was great prior to check in, so I was able to easily find my info, a clear camp ground map, and where we were to go. The cabin light was on and it was such a relief after a long day. Thanks for making it a really perfect trip!

I rented a kamping Kabin, they were well spaced apart, I've stayed in a few that were only 10 feet apart, in other campgrounds.Hosts were very nice and accommodating. My only complaint is about the people who talk loud, late at night, no regard for other people, trying to sleep. I felt sorry for the other people camping in tents, near them.

The amenities and the employees customer service was great!. The only downside is the bed in the cabin, which was extremely uncomfortable. Ended up messing up my back. It was las sleeping on the floor.

Loved it here. Quite, well maintained, very helpful and friendly staff. Vernal has a lot to see and the entire area is full of natural beauty, state parks and Dinosaur National Monument
