1. Site's water spigot should be closer to septic drain. 2. Site's septic drain in VERY close proximity to neighboring site's picnic table. Most unsavory.

This is a lovely campground. We stayed in a Kamping Kabin and enjoyed the green space around us. The staff at the store was super kind. I enjoyed chatting with her and looking at the cool stuff in the store.

The staff was really nice! We couldn't get the electricity at our tent site to work. The front desk radioed a facilities person who zipped over in a golf cart, fiddled with the breaker, and BOOM! we had electricity! Sure was super sweet and didn't make us feel dumb for not knowing what to do.

We have been visiting this KOA for a few years and have had an overall positive experience. This year was not a good experience. The overall maintenance of the bathrooms and the pool were terrible. The grounds were not as manicured as they have been in the past. The deluxe site was missing the rocking chairs and dis not feel upgraded compared to other sites.

We had a wonderful time! We're bringing our Son and his Family this time, coming back on the 24th! The staff are wonderful; friendly and helpful! The campground is clean, fun, accessible. ���We had so much fun playing on the nearby lakes!

It was great! There was so much for the kids to have fun that we barely had to leave the site, but when we did everything was at a convenient distance. It’s perfect for traveling with kids!

Stayed 2 nights for 4th of July. CG close to downtown activities. Easy access to stores, restaurants n awesome parade. Enjoyed visit to Dinosaur museum n scenic dinosaur park. CG is flat with decent sized campsites. Close to pool, dog park n fun zone. Helpful staff in store. CG could use some freshening up. Need 2nd dumpster up front when exiting CG.

Staff was wonderful, very freindly and helpful. Park was good, but showing signs of age, could use some sprucing up. Sites were not level. Roads bumpy. Utilities were good and functioned well. Dog park was small but nice, appreciated the bench being placed in the only shady spot.

Absolute WORST KOA!!! Our site was so un level we had to request a new one, only to get all hooked up and then be told we had to move due to the receptionists error. The next site we moved to was horrible! No firepit, no table, the site had a water pressure issue and fried our pump. The maintenance guy was terrible! He broke the water faucet. He did not communicate and he didnt fix the problem.

It was a great location to get us to dinosaur. It had the availability of a lot of activities for the kids. They loved swimming in the pool and the mini golf. Definitely worth it

This was an okay KOA, not the best we have stayed at, but still a decent KOA. We stayed in the deluxe cabin. The cabin was very nice and clean. Ours boys said the bunkbed mattresses were not very comfortable. The pool was good. The showers were okay. Again, have had better showers at other KOA's, but it got the job done. Great location for going to Dinosaur National Monument!

Hornets nest is the grill, the patio suite was missing the shade piece, landscape was very weedy. Bathrooms were clean. Spaces were big. The driveway was also a main road for the trailer park behind the campground so there was alot more traffic than expected.

We stayed in a tent site, then transferred to an RV site and shared that with my parents. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

It was great! We have been coming to vernal every year to stay at the KOA and see all the dinosaurs! This year we feel like it was a little rundown down this year, compared to other years. the soap in the boys didnt work a toilet flushe handel in the girls was broken. But we could tell some improvements were happening, we look forward to staying here again next year.

We had a great time! The staff was awesome and very funny while checking in. Then she gave me some great tips on where to go for dinner. We had a long trip getting there and didn’t feel like cooking. Then it was a short evening for a long trip the next morning. Highly recommend swinging by for a weekend, there is a lot of stuff we missed!

We chose this KOA for the main meeting place for our family reunion. Great location, very clean, nice showers, big grassy area, and the little kids enjoyed the pool. Would recommend

the camp workers were Very good to work with. we had some people in our family that needed something special and they were willing to work with us. not koa fault but kind of hot and windy. overall good experience.

Very friendly staff. Nice big site with really nice patio furniture and grill. We stayed there 6 nights because our son and 3 small kids live in Vernal. The kids utilized everything!

The site was clean and staff were super friendly and helpful. Would have been a 5 star if the bathrooms had the soap dispensers full but other than that, everything else was great.

They stay was great overall. Clean, quiet and kind staff. Only reason for a less than perfect score was the pool, which we were looking forward to using. It was too cold to swim for any guest and was empty the entire time. If you are not planning on using the pool it’s a perfect score and a great place to stay.

Older park but well maintained. Really long sites. Loved the tall trees & shade. Restrooms & showers we used could use updating but were very clean. Great park for kids as there is plenty for them to do. Staff was very helpful.

The staff was very accommodating making sure we had a slot that would work with our satellite. The slot was flat. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 and a 10 rating is because the grounds need to be trimmed/mowed/weed eatered.

Service was great, maps and pool chairs a little outdated. The map and website mention electric bikes, but the staff member laughed when we asked if they had them, like we were crazy. We tried to find a spot at the pool, there were five chairs and one of them was broken. Other than that it was a great location and stay!

We were put in the furthest part of the campground. Also the hottest. One tree that cracked the foundation of the cement slab that the picnic table was sitting on. Our camper wasn’t able to be pulled forward to benefit from shade of the tree. The grass areas in the sites were dry and uncared for. Dusty and dirty. Not impressed. Just left me with a feeling that I needed to get out of Utah.

Loved it here. Quite, well maintained, very helpful and friendly staff. Vernal has a lot to see and the entire area is full of natural beauty, state parks and Dinosaur National Monument
