Nice location, close to town and other attractions. The only suggestion is to do a better job cleaning bathrooms (daily) and keeping pool area more organized. Chairs were everywhere... looked sloppy. However, nice staff and laundry facilities were great. We will return.

Internet is no longer a luxury amenity it is a necessity. Drop the cable tv. Get something better than dialup internet. We certainly pay for better when staying.

We stayed twice at the KOA in Vernal Utah as it was a midway stopping point to and from our main destination to Yellowstone NP. The kids loved the swimming pool, we made smor's and the cabin was comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

We loved the tepi! PROS- unique, had a 1/2 bath, queen bed + bunkbeds are NICE! short walk to bathhouse, kind staff, putt putt, close to downtown. CONS- zipper is broken, making lock to tipi useless, hot in day & cold at night, doors have little privacy (both the main titi zipper door, and 1/2 bath door. Overall we are glad we stayed! Thank you!!

We were in Site B12. Larger site, more private than most, perfect for our needs. Gravel pad, FHU that were all operational, bathroom/shower is about 80-100yds but it was clean. The staff was pleasant at checkin. The pool looked great but we didn't get a chance to use it. The location was perfect for our needs to visit Dinosaur Natl Monument. Marching band did a parade through the campground!

This was a very nice KOA. The staff was friendly. I would like to recommend that having my last visit in Space #53, it is quite a walk to the restrooms. If it were possible to create a walk-way somewhere around #17-#20, it would be much easier to get to the restroom/shower than walking to the end of #22.

Park is pretty run down…toilet clogged in one of the bathrooms…needs to be landscaped, lots of weeds and leaves…little fences between campsites need painted…putt putt course in very poor condition…felt like price was high for run down rv park…Staff very helpful and nice.

This place is very quiet, no traffic noise. Very kid friendly, pool, playground. Easy access to pulling RV’s in and out.

Unfortunately this location didn't live up to what we have experienced at many other KOAs we have visited. Our site, and many others, was very weedy and not well kempt. We had a patio site but weeds filled the cracks in it and there was a weird stain on the patio from the firepit. Also, I was a bit surprised to see a $5 per kid per night fee added to our already expensive site fee. only 4 of us

Nice campground in a good location. Cabin was roomy with a front porch and pretty view. Had issue with water drain in bathtub being clogged. Reported issue and someone came right away to fix problem.

The sites were covered in ragweeds. The pool was utilized as a public pool for non campers which took away from the experience

This is our second stay. My issue was poor maintenance of the grass, bathrooms, and playground. We camp for 5-6 weeks a year. We stay in a variety of campgrounds. The main bathroom shower stalls had chipped plaster and peeling paint. The bouncy pad was not bouncy, indicating an air leak. The landscaping in campsites is overrun with weeds. For the price, it was not a quality experience.

Terrible. While traveling I had problems which would delay me for one day. They wanted to charge me a full day for cancelling one day and then full price for the next day and I called 6 days before my reservation. When I got there they booked me in electric and water only and i didn't know because they never told me. I had to pay another $11 for full hookups and a total of $90. Crappy place.

We stayed for 3 nights of fun. We were able to enjoy a breakfast of pancakes and the father's day burgers were a delicious and thoughtful surprise we didn't expect. The boys loved to pool, playground, and jump pad. Vernal and Dinosaur National Monument had so much to do we never had a dull moment. When we come back to Vernal, and we absolutely will, we 100% will be returning to the KOA.

The cabin was cool and cozy - AC was awesome! Park staff were kind and helpful. Pancake breakfast and Father’s Day burgers were awesome! Restrooms were clean and mini golf was fun. What a great stay with friendly staff. I’ll definitely be back to Vernal KOA again! Thanks for a wonderful weekend, y’all!

Clean bathrooms and showers, shaded campsites, and decent games for kids including a nice pool. Recommend planting trees around putt putt course as it is very hot.

Staff was amazing! Super friendly and helpful and overall just cheerful! The amenities were awesome for kids! And all of the facilities were clean and well taken care of!

Overall our stay was great. Busy weekend at the camp sites but it didn’t feel crowded. Only issue we had to deal with was on Saturday with only 10 minutes of notice, they said the water would be turned off and they hope for only an hour. It took about an hour and a half… it would have been nice to be notified in the morning so we could plan because we were rushing out for dinner after swimming

Easy reservations-called, we had a large group and needed multiple cabins, easy check in/out. Wasn't able to swim or play much at KOA because of our schedule, but looked fun

Staff were very friendly and helpful however, the roadway uses trenches instead of Small speed bumps. They have signs up to slow down however, if you have a class an and you hit these trenches closets open stuff falls out not very good. You have to come almost to a dead stop and roll through them most of the roads were unpaved and use these trenches not a good idea other than that it was ok

Everything was lovely. The only thing is the cabin gets very hot in the back room, we slept on the couch under the AC. Still had a very lovely time, pool is awesome and staff is amazing!

We stayed one night on our way through Utah on our way home from a long trip. The campground was very unkempt with other guests sprawling out into the roadways and into other camps. The sites are very small and very tight with little privacy. Also, expect constant noise from Jeeps and side by sides all day, every day. We did not expect the noise and trashy vibes for the price we paid.

My family and I loved the place. Many activitoes for the kids, the area is lovely. Kudos for the bathroom settings. We will stay there again when we travel to the area.

We stayed at the deluxe cabin. It was very comfortable and had everything you need. Would recommend providing a roll of paper towels or napkins to guests in the cabin.

The owners and staff are kind, understanding and helpful. The sites are well kept. The bathroom is super clean and the showers have doors that make the space private along with a shower curtain to separate the shower from the changing area. This is a wonderful place to stay. It's not far from Dinosaur National Monument and also not too far from Flaming Gorge. The town of Vernal has much to offer as does this KOA!
