The team are awesome and made our stay great as usual. Did an extra kids fun with water and the kids loved it. Totally recommend staying there if you are in the area

Great campground. Lots of activities for families and kids Beautiful green spaces, playground, pool, games, etc. We enjoyed the pancake breakfast and movie night. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect location. Have already recommended it to others!

This was our second time staying at the Dinosaurland KOA - we had to bring our adult children back to experience it too. The cabin had all the things we needed for a lovely twilight cookout and a beautiful view of the night sky and storms off in the distance.

We were in a pinch with vehicle trouble, and they helped us out with the place to stay even when they were booked. Great service very nice people. We would have been in real trouble without their help! I can’t thank them enough

Lovely campground. Great communication. Things were nice and bathroom/showers promptly cleaned before and after the morning rush of people. The town was cute and had a wonderful 4th of July festival. This was a great base for Dinosaur National Monument and some great hikes. We had a great time.

Place feels run down and neglected. Some paint and attention to landscaping would upgrade the feel significantly. I made the reservation many months in advance and was given a poor site #10. No shade unless you brought your own tarp. No privacy to the office with nothing between you and the bathroom. We asked for a better site as many were open. Told this was impossible as a family reunion would.

We had a great time. Very quiet especially at night which we love. Very clean. Definitely recommend staying here though for us the nighlty cost of staying here was way more than we have ever paid but other than great place to stay.

I found the suite not worth the money charged. A patio was not explained as a concrete slab under the picnic table. We would have chosen differently.

Very nice campground. The bathrooms were very clean considering the number of people that used them. The manager was very nice and accommodating.

Paid extra for a patio pull thru site (#14) that was very unlevel. Our tree was dead, the patio was large enough to hold the picnic table that’s all. Weeds were everywhere. There were 4 posts on the corners of the patio but there was no shade cloth. The row of pull thrus behind us had large shade trees for “normal” price. Would stay in a pinch again but price was high. Expected better from a “Holiday” KOA. Place has a lot of deferred maintenance. Dead trees, fence in doggy area needs repairs, other fence needs stain, bathroom fixtures are showing age and do not match, shade post installed, but missing shade cloth, etc. Spaces are very close - my water and sewer were right next to the neighbors picnic table. Too expensive! Will look for other options next t

We had a tent site. The group next to us was extremely large and loud. We didn’t realize we were next to a group site. The children in the group were loud after quiet hours and repeatedly ran into our site hitting our tent as we were trying to sleep. It would be nice if there was more supervision at the campground.

The campground was amazing, however our site was 50 feet from a highway without even a single tree to block the sound of the semi trucks traveling back and forth from the oil fields that pass every 10-20 minutes, 24 hours a day! We could not hang out at our site, and could NOT SLEEP! I do want to thank the one kind person in the office who tried to help us. This site needs a sound burrier!

Everyone was super friendly. They even put a little guy out to show there were kids at this site so hopefully cars would slow down when driving past. The spaces are nice, not crammed in on top of each other. Bathrooms and showers were always clean. We did lose power due to a storm but we were informed via text with an approximate time it would be back on. Great place. Would stay again for sure.

Great location. Nice facilities and staff. We got weathered out of our previous location so called to see if we could check in a day earlier. Sure but you’ll have to move after your first night to your full reservation site. The guy that we replaced came in after us, was smaller and had to relocate the next day as well. Just a little thought could have prevented both of our moves.

Very well maintained facility. The staff went above & beyond their responsibilities to accommodate us when our cabin keys were accidentally locked inside. Miniature golf, swimming pool and other playground activities kept the grandkids ( & us ) fully entertained. This was our 2nd time staying at Vernal/Dinosaurland KOA & will definitely be back.

The bathrooms were clean, but the grounds we just not bery well kept. The trailer spots were narrow and with the wooden barriers, it made it difficult to position and open my stairs. Not sure if we will return.

Excellent and accomodating staff. We stayed in a camping cabin which was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms very clean. Only one issue was the water temp. Both my husband and myself had Luke warm showers, water never got hot.

We stayed in a 38ft FW. The staff is friendly the site we had was plenty long and all the hookups worked fine. This is an old KOA and the rodas can be narrow. Lots of stuff kids. In all a good stay we would return.

My family stayed in a deluxe cabin, other family stayed in RV parking. It was all close and convenient. Staff were very helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was the plastic under the fitted sheet on the mattress to protect it. It made it hot and noisy for sleeping. That being said it didn’t ruin my experience. The Vernal KOA is well maintained and offered a lot of activities for families.

Excellent staff and facilities. We love all the kid friendly areas even though some are aging. Movie night and BbQ’s. All they need now is an ice cream social!!!

RV park was full of OHV's. Lots of loud vehicles and highway noice.

Loved it here. Quite, well maintained, very helpful and friendly staff. Vernal has a lot to see and the entire area is full of natural beauty, state parks and Dinosaur National Monument
