We had a wonderful three days. Your staff was so friendly, always greeting us with a smile. Our two boys said it was our best camping trip yet! We can't wait to return

Tons of activities for kids and so nice to be out in nature yet so close to civilization. We mostly played in the creek because pool was too cold for us. Nice that trash was picked up often and that the bathrooms were cleaned often. Our tent site felt very private, hope to stay there again.

Nice place, a little more maintenance on the grounds would be more inviting. The steps up to the bathrooms the foliage was overgrown.

Great place for kids activities. Nice park surroundings. Good sites & accomodatipns. Shower & restrooms could use some updsting.

Staff were nice. But, are bed was lumpy, mushy, tilted to one side. There was a sewage like smell in our bathroom. And early morning of 6/27, their main water line broke, which was an inconvenience of not having water are having use of our toilet.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our family had a great time, kids didn’t want to leave! We’ll be back next year!

The same dead bugs, the same pubic hairs, and the same cigarette ashes on the same toilet for three days... God only knows how lone the dried spittle on the cinder block walls have been there. I drove my wife and grandchild around the camp to find a clean enough shower for them to use but was unsuccessful; perhaps the clumps of human hair in the showers were too disgusting for them.

We had so much fun! My kids loved the bouncy pillow and couldn’t get enough of it! I loved the brand new and very clean bathrooms!

My wife and I along with our two dogs (Yorkies) had a wonderful time the two days we were there!!! The staff working there was very friendly and helpful when needed!! We will be back!!!

First time camping here. It was a spur of the moment trip when our original plans fell through. This will definitely make it on our favorites list.

We loved it! The only thing that would improve it is if there was another bathroom closer to tipi village. It’s a long walk in the middle of the night.

Positives: -zip line and ropes course were super fun -pool was open -cabin had a nice patio -peacocks roaming around are cool but way noisy early in the morning -creek had water in it -store is well-stocked Needs help: -cabin was not cleaned well; floor was filthy; sink had hair in it -needs landscaping - bushes way overgrown -neighbors too loud (music) Overall, a really fun time!

This is probably our 4th stay here at this KOA and we love it. You really do an awesome job making it a fun filled family stay. It would be nice if you made a dish station for cleaning our dishes. Add an area with counters and faucets. Bending over those spickets is hard on the back and no place to put clean dishes without carrying another bucket.

I would have given it a 5 but the restrooms were a bit of a mess. It may have been an isolated incident because it looked like rude guest may have made a mess with toilet paper. My grandson hasn't stopped talking about how wonderful it was.

10/10! I contacted via email a few weeks ahead of our stay and was met with prompt, friendly replies from staff. When we arrived, every interaction with staff was above-and-beyond friendly. We loved our site (O30-31) it was nice and secluded, but near the restrooms and water. Kids had a blast on the jump pad, rock wall, and adventure course, and they loved the craft activity. It was a great trip!

Huge campground with lots of activities. Restrooms and showers in great need of updating (and increased number of stalls/showers). Peacocks were hilarious! We stayed in a tepee (#2) which unfortunately is in the middle of the zip line leaving no close parking. Doug in the office was wonderful, star employee, kind, as well as funny! Give that man a raise, he made our stay top notch!!

We've stayed here 3 times, and have had a great time each time! Some sites are nicer than others, but all good. Lots to do for kids, and relaxing for parents.

We stayed in a safari tent, it was nice. However the mattress were wet, we could not even lay on the mattress bc our clothing would be damp.

It was FANTASTIC. Kids had a great time. Only recommendation is to have a few more pans in the cabins and also more kid friendly activities every day. Wednesday didn’t have any activities and we left on Thursday.

The tent sites and the location were beautiful. The trees provided great shade and added levels of privacy. However, for the price, the quality and cleanliness of the amenities was below standard. The bathrooms were not cleaned or fixed for our entire 4 day stay. The showers were falling apart. The prices of the extra activities were VERY high given how much the sites cost per night.

It was a terrific experience. The RV site we stayed at was clean and spacious, I love the activities for the kids. We had such a great time that I already booked for another trip.

It was lovely to sleep under the oaks. The campsite was strait forward, no issues. The bathroom la got messy and had some issues. The kids loved the jumpy pillow and playing by the River. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was an easy, fun trip.

The most important part was how friendly and helpful the office staff was. They made the stay special. Bathrooms were very clean. We are excited to make it an annual trip.

The campground is great but the peacocks were awful. Way too many of them and they are obnoxiously loud. For this reason alone, I'm not sure I would stay here again. The kids loved the pool (although still too cold to really enjoy swimming), the jumping area, and bike trails. We did not realize the zip lines etc are open on weekends only. This was disappointing for sure. The employees were great!

Overall pleasant stay. Shor trip. Access and proximity to the river was the saving grace of our stay. Zipline course wasn't an option during our stay. Pool is not heated. Our cabin, although it had a shower, only had warm water for about 2 minutes before turning ice cold. The cabin was well equipped and clean and was perfect for our needs as a family of 4. The kids enjoyed the loft area.

The grounds are perfect for kids to explore. Biking, swimming, jumping, looking for tadpoles.. My son and his friends had a blast. Staff is great and helpful. Thank you!

Good customer service. Good amenities. Only concern was that I was charged $15 for zip lining that we never did. There should be better verification fir charges.

We got stuck in an ugly corner spot “Burch 46”. Tall weeds and grass surrounding spot. BBQ had tall weeds around it. Saw numerous other spots where people had piles of excess garbage around trailers. Why is it that we have keep our spots clean which I have no problem doing, when long term visitors have those piles of trash? Not impressed at all. We will never stay at a KOA again

I would come back again. Everything was great. The one thing that was unbearable was the pungent animal urine/feces smell coming out of the vents in our cabin (cp01). It got worse the second night but didn’t think to complain since we were leaving the next morning. We were confused at first also thinking if this was normal; also our first time camping! We were naive.

Magnifique camping tout pour plaire aux enfants Avril: piscine fermée Route barrée qui nous a causé des détours immenses pour aller visiter la ville. Paons en chaleur qui hurlent à toute heure nous ont fait rigolés. Ce n'est pas leur faute et ils ont été très gentils

Our stay was stupendous! We can't remember the names of the entire staff we encountered but "great" began with Carol! Alexis & Sarah, too! The store is filled with things you need & things you'll love. The site was fantastic. The grounds are gorgeous & well maintained. Can't say enough about the staff. And love the peacocks & hens!! One of our best CG's! Be back soon! Great location close to Ventura Harbor, Ojai & downtown Santa Paula.!
