I had a wonderful stay at KOA. The good folks there treated me with kindness and answered any questions I may have had quickly and to make sure I was happy during my stay. I expect to return next year and KOA will certainly be the place I will want to continue to stay each year going forward.

Nice campground. Showers were nice and clean. Only negative was that someone stole our firewood while we were gone fishing. I paid 8 dollars per bundle. Had to go to town and buy more.

We have stayed at this KOA for the last 4 yrs and we will continue to stay there whenever we go to Valdez. They are great .

We had fun in Valdez and the children had fun playing in the open play area. The bathrooms were kept clean and we felt comfortable with the cleaning protocols taken by KOA. Thank you for a nice trip.

Our stay was very good. There were a few times that dogs were barking for a long time, they were gone the next day. When we go again to Valdez, we will choose Valdez KOA over what is offered in town since they have nothing to offer but gravel parking lots. Would be 5 out of 5 if ice were made available to KOA members instead of your staff, but overall the stay was enjoyable.

Very nice campground for the style (RV heaven). Super clean and friendly. Lori was amazing and provided outstanding customer service. I appreciated the informative welcome text message and how quickly (and nicely) she responded to all of my questions. I have never stayed at a KOA before; you all made a great first impression.

We really enjoyed our time in Valdez. There was some much to see & do. Laundry services could be updated it took more than once to dry clothes.

Very friendly staff. The only issue was other campers allowing their small kids to walk their dogs and not pick up the poop. We will definately stay again.

Our stay with KOA was great ! Very hospitable. The bathroom,showers were clean and sanitized. We loved the fact we weren't packed in like sardines. Seeing management and groundskeepers staying on top of everything was great to see watching out for everyone's well being. We will be back again. Thank you for the hospitality

Beautiful, well kept campground. Precautions taken all over grounds due to mandates and well being of campers. Ground keepers easy to locate and talk with. Willing to go out of their way for your stay to be as comfortable and easy as possible.

KOA Valdez is a relaxing and well kept campsite. It is convenient to town. It has the most natural setting than others in the area. We love it!

Extremely clean campgroung including the public bathrooms which was great to see especially through times of COVID-19. Super friends & professional staff willing to quickly help if needed, reachable by phone or in person. Location in perfect spot to access different areas, just minutes out of town which was nice to avoid traffic or too much noise, bike trail takes you all the way to town.

The best campground I have stayed at in Alaska! Bathrooms were constantly being cleaned all day, never saw one that wasn't. Looking very forward to staying again!

Spots are super close together, nothing like the pictures of the sites when booking online. Our neighboring spot came in at 1am and started making all sorts of noise, processing fish, drinking, and shining bright lights all around until WE had to tell them to be quiet. Based on spot size and being charged for every person beyond #2, kid/adult, will never recommend or stay at this or other KOAs.

It was great. The campground was quiet and the restrooms were very clean. Also the gentleman working was very kind, we spilled sewage from our dump tank hose on accident and he was very understanding and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you!!

This is our go to campground whenever we are in the area,specially the bathrooms,there always clean and warm when you go inside and towels for the floors too.

Location could be better, it's a bit out of town but on a big busy road. Prices are like all KOA campgrounds on the high price range but the service and the showers are beautiful, clean and warm.
