Very clean accomodations, friendly hosts. Stayed in the A-frame, very cozy sleeping arrangement. Newly added bathroom, just needed a mirror.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were very accommodating, had good conversations with the ladies who ran the office. Over all it was a very pleasant stay.

Nice campground, secluded feel, cabin was perfect for our needs, office and store had supplies we needed. We loved it here!

We went down for the weekend for a hiking trip, cabin was nice and clean, having our own shower and bathroom was fantastic.

The campgrounds are nice and the cabins are clean and cozy. Better than the hotels in town and at a better price. I definitely recommend KOA Valdez.

We always stay at the Valdez KOA when they're cabins are not booked full.. we enjoy the quiet of being slightly out of town and we enjoy the cabins because there always very clean and comfortable. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and are there to help you with whatever you need! I always tell everyone going to Valdez to stay at this campground.

Very friendly! We showed up just around closing and they still took their time to find the perfect spot for us, our camper and two golden retrievers. It is a little bit outside of Valdez, but therefore it is away from the crowded gravel campgrounds in town. I especially liked the bathrooms with a sink, toilet and shower which made it feel like I had my private space. Great place to camp!

The cabin was very nice and comfortable for the family members that stayed there. The campground was more basic that expected and more of an open parking lot than we anticipated from the photos.

A pleasant surprise! Had to change our plans and were unable to change reservation dates at our selected hotel. The KOA was the ONLY place with any vacancy. It was clean , comfortable and had more amenities than expected. Staff was friendly and helpful.

No major issues. Cabin could use a good cleaning. Coffee was not good, unsure if it was the coffee itself or the coffee pot. No other issues outside of that, it's in a nice spot, enjoyed the restrooms/showers, and the folks running it were pleasant and helpful.

We had one of the cabins and were very pleased. Our plans changed unexpectedly and the hosts were very accommodating. We will be coming back with the motor home!!

The owners of this KOA are extremely friendly and take pride in their campground. Every time we go there is always more and more added improvements and they are asset to the KOA family! So glad I have been able to stay here. The cabins are always clean and it's nice and quiet there. Look forward to many more stays there in Valdez :)

even though they are a new KOA, and doing some construction, the cabins we stayed in need a bigger hot water heater for the garden tubs they have installed. They were clean and comfortable. The price is very compatible to other cabins in the area. The campground manager was helpful and very courteous. The park was clean and the pond had ducks and small fish to watch, fire pits, and wood to burn.

I would recommend these cabins to anyone. I also would like to recommend the mattresses and box springs be replaced. We have stayed here every summer for the last 5 years and loved it but the beds are worn out.

Overpriced compared to other places we stayed in Alaska. The shower was broken and we had to fix it in order to use it.

My granddaughter and I loved staying in the cabin at the campground. Super clean and comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again when in the area as opposed to a conventional motel.

The hosts were wonderful and helped us convert our second night from a tent site to a cabin. Cabins were very nice, fit a large family with some enginuity. Couldn't be more pleased. Lots of hard work evident in upgrades and improvements. Very friendly hosts. Will stay here again, summer or winter. Thanks so much for everything.

The owners are so friendly and helpful.We stayed in one of the cabins. The cabin was clean and had all we needed. It has a small fridge and microwave and a nice full bathroom. If you need a place to stay in Valdez I recommend this KOA!

This is our go to campground whenever we are in the area,specially the bathrooms,there always clean and warm when you go inside and towels for the floors too.

Location could be better, it's a bit out of town but on a big busy road. Prices are like all KOA campgrounds on the high price range but the service and the showers are beautiful, clean and warm.
