We loved our stay. Clean comfy cabin. Everything worked. Showers/bathrooms were clean and easy to get to. Only one thing bothered me and that was the pump out station. It stunk!

We stayed two nights in a cabin. It was all that we needed. Bath house was a short walk away. The campground was clean and quiet and the individual sites were quite private. Very nice!

Our “deluxe” cabin was filthy. Pet hair was all over the place - on the table, counter and floor. The shelves in the kitchen were dusty and dirty. The sink drain was clogged. Apparently, this cabin was not cleaned before our stay. The shower and location were good. However, this was the most filthy koa cabin I’ve been to. With so many other options, I would not recommend renting a cabin

Very nice campground with a friendly staff. I’ve stayed here many times in the past. The cabin I stayed in on this visit, KT4, I first stayed in back in 2019 and then again in 2020. It’s a nice cabin but now needs a little TLC: the blinds are dirty and broken in places; the screen door should be replaced and although, overall fairly clean, spider webs and spiders were found inside-creepy!

We have been going there for years, and the staff us always friendly, the grounds are always clean. We were sad the pool table was not open to play. I wish there was more weekday activities, and maybe something more for the teens & adults to do. Thanks We will see you next year.

Nice cabin but we were disappointed to learn that we had to pay an extra dog fee for our no shedding labradoodles.

We rented a deluxe cabin for 6. The pricing was confusing as I paid extra for each person even though I paid for the cabin. The cabin was fairly clean. There was not enough hot water for a single shower, so we took cold showers. The cook top is a bonus, but took too long to fully heat. The pool was closed and the days were so hot. They should consider keeping the pool open longer than Labor Day.

I was thoroughly impressed! I stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was super clean and neat. The inside of the cabin is like a tiny home. It was adorable. There was a TV that had an excellent variety of channels. There was a nice hot shower with strong water pressure. It had a lot of things you would have in your home. There were no mosquitoes. We rented a deluxe cabin. It was absolutely lovely! The campground is clean and organized. The campground check in /store is very cute. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be returning.

We have stayed before and when booking online we have always chosen deluxe cabins and we stay up the hill. Unfortunately this time was not the case and the traffic noise is crazy and not relaxing at all. We wished we had known about the noise level as we would not have booked to stay. Will make sure next time we are up the hill or will stay at a quieter place.

We stayed in a delux cabin with a shower. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. It wasn’t a normal mattress but a 4” thick more like just a sleeping pad. The description said the cabin included a toaster. There was no toaster. When I asked, I was told there was 1 toaster for all the cabins. There wasn’t any shelves. Given the $$$$, I’ll take a hotel next time. Not worth the extra $$$.

Ac didn’t work, toilet wouldn’t flush, hot water lasted 5 minutes tops, had to use the satellite bathrooms the whole time, no WiFi at at our cabin. Was told to call the internet company myself, did that twice and had to pay more and still didn’t get internet, manager was rude, Fridays 4:00 and 7:00 kids activities didn’t happen so kids were bummed, mold on BR ceiling. The deluxe cabin we stayed in was a perfect size for us and very well equipped. We took advantage of both patio and bbq also. It was a good location to hike Mt Washington and we will definitely be back. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was the road noise, but we solved it with the A/C at night. �Kudos to Ken and team!

We had a great time at Twin Mountain KOA, this was our 3rd consecutive year, and we plan to be back for a 4th to keep the streak alive. Everyone is super friendly and there is plenty to do at the campground or in the local area. We love the Cabins, especially up on South Hill.

Our refrigerator was unplugged and there was a soggy wet towel in a puddle of water in front of it. The freezer door was broken. We were happy that it did work once plugged in. The beds were only so-so but the shower was nice and hot. It’s right next to a busy Highway so there was truck traffic all night. We stay at a different KOA every year and this was my 3 kids favorite!!! The playground, pool, popsicles, barrel rides and friendly staff made a wonderful experience. We met great friends this year too. We will definitely be coming back next year!

The staff at the office were exceptional. They helped with all of our questions and were great with the kids. We stayed in one of the cabins which was pretty good for us. The only thing I would have liked was to have a little more space between the cabins so that it felt more private. The campground was clean, well marked and the kids loved the playground.

We have stayed at many family friendly campgrounds, but this one was our favorite by far. The workers are very friendly and nice! The cabins were great and very clean. Unfortunately a tree fell down on our sight. We were very lucky know one got hurt. They came and picked up the tree very fast, but it caused us to leave earlier than we wanted to. We could have breakfast before we checked out.

We had sparks come from our ceiling next to the ceiling fan during the early morning hours. The staff didn't seem too concerned, this is a little unsettling that they didn't seem worried about exposed wire and a metal casing causing it to spark.... it is making us contemplate our yearly stay for 2024....

All the cabins smelled like sewer due to the pipes not being closed off. Main bathrooms were disgusting. How can you enjoy eating outside when all you smell is sewer bc the the faclilites is to cheap to do the plumbing correctly.

Our rustic cabin was perfect, my kids loved the playground and the gem mining, The pool was great. A good location to attractions. I felt safe being there alone with my 2 kids. The store was overall good priced. We enjoyed the Sunday breakfast. A very clean facility. I booked to go back next summer.

We had a three-night stay in one of the basic cabins, and this was our second summer stay at TM-KOA. The cabin was a great place to sleep, and offered nice protection from some of the rain that rolled through during our visit. We love the campground, because of the friendly and diligent staff, great amenities, and proximity to fun activities for our kids!

Cabin was dirtier than we had experienced in the past. Had to sweep the cabin upon arrival. New owner? Not sure. Also we had neighbors that smoked. Totally gross and not ok. Every morning while making breakfast I had to deal with the stink. Laundry room was dirty and half out of order. Not impressed. Visit 4

The staff were wonderful! They were doing rounds later until the night and very helpful and descriptive. There were a few other people car camping in there. You pay a little bit more here for reliable service, hot water, and good people! Would recommend if in the area.

Great campground nestled in the Twin, white mountains of NH. Service was great, close to hiking and town. Only negatives were pricey for per night price with everything closed in the winter.
