Well kept Campground, with very clean washrooms and helpful staff. We booked the same camping cabin 2 years in a row and really like the site

Our cabin was very small with uncomfortable beds. Hot water ran out very quickly. It would be advisable to let people know that linens not being included means no pillows or towels.

Staying on the Caboose was horrible! Uncomfortable bed, no place to sit, terrible musty smell, all the windows really high up were open and I had to get my kid to climb up to shut them, tiny space heaters that didn’t do too well warming it up as it is very drafty, carpet was gross, the doors and windows don’t shut tight, letting in bugs, outlets are in awkward locations like in a cabinet.

We had a very nice stay at this KOA. All the workers there were very pleasant and made the stay wonderful! They always had a good attitude and we're super helpful! The KOA itself was amazing too, it was very quite and calm. This was our first time staying here. Our children also loved it lots of activities and fun to be had l! Definitely going to be making this our annual camping spot in the cabin

the door to the cabin had glass missing, so instead there was a piece of plywood which was warped and looked terrible. Had to pay to have towels. Apparently you have to bring your own towels. But the door was terrible...Ghetto. The bed was only a full size and the mattress was so uncomfortable.

This place is a gem! The bathrooms were very clean, all staff was very welcoming and friendly and made us feel right at home. We loved spending time at their game room (Moose Lodge) while the weather was bad. So many games and some kids toys to keep our small kids entertained. Highly recommend this place.

400 characters are not enough. Our group of 24 people, taking up 8 sites, won't be back after going there twice a year for at least the pat 8 years. Between the new rules you have to sign, which includes 'we can kick you out (without any kind of refund on our $2k long weekend) if someone complains about you and we'll bring in the police if you don't leave' and the closed (temporarily) heated pool

2 night stay with my daughter and our dogs in one of the older cabins . Very clean cabin and quiet area away from the road. Great areas to walk the dogs . Mattress was a bit uncomfortable on full size bed but otherwise no complaints. Friendly and helpful staff.

This was our first time staying at a KOA, and this particular one was great! We will definitely be coming back every year. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, our cabin was clean, and there were family friendly activities.

Beautiful deluxe cabin. Plenty of space. Comfortable chairs and beds. More headroom on the bottom bunk so you can sit and read on it. Wonderful toilet and shower and heater. Perfect location.

Taken by surprise as to how beautiful the area is. Great activities and beautiful walks. We were spoilt by the weather though. Camp ground was a perfect base to operate from.

Th campsite is in a great location. Bath house facilities were cleaned to the best they could be considering it being a public area. The tent I stayed in might need to be replaced in the next year or so due to the mildew on just about all sides of the tent, but it still provided safe living quarters.

Overnight during a birthday seafood motorcycle tour of the east coast. Beautiful facilities with multiple types of accommodation. Beautiful pool and fresh coffe in the morning. Staff was helpful and accommodating.

The Folks at KOA Twin Mountain are outstanding as they are always super friendly and hospitable. Safety first, and KOA did not deliver. The person at the front desk gave out our location to a person not listed on our reservation. The cabin was soaked in a fake fragrance that seeped into all of our gear. Lastly, our location was by a road that had trucks passing though all night - not a peaceful in the woods, quite experience at all.

Excellent Hardworking Staff, do a very " welcoming" experience! ENTIRE campground IS just Amazing. NO crowding, CLEANEST CABIN-- ,I ever stayed in!! Great hosts, to all the campers.Grounds :"well signed", really Excellent place, I'll be BACK SOON!!!!

The 'heated' pool was "set at 74 for the season". I don't know what it was set at for the past 6 years but it was nothing like the heated pool we've been in year after year. We thought the heater must be broken it was so unusually cold. Quite hours are posted 10pm to 8am. So why were we asked to quiet down at 2 in the afternoon while we were playing cornhole? We had another great stay at Twin Mountain KOA. The site has so much to offer and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We are already looking forward to our trip next summer.

Overall its a good KOA property with limited activities. The information about the cabins was inaccurate on the website and also what was shared over the phone. Lack of kitchen items such as a stove would have been nice to know begore hand especially when traveling with a kid.

I’m there with a bunch of people from a non-profit organization, hike for mental health, we’ve been staying there for the past 13 years. It would be awesome if we got a discount - the previous owners used to give us 10% since there are so many of us that stay there year after year.

It’s our second time staying here and KD1 is perfect for us. One main suggestion I may have left last year is the scented plug in. We had to air out the cabin for a few hours and unplug and bag it upon arrival. Instant headache as a result. Perhaps a scent free option can be made available. Also wanted to let you know there were only two mugs available, but luckily we had one travel mug with us.

Stayed in the kaboose. Had 3 night stay but only stayed 1. Had a very strong musty smell, beds were hard and uncomfortable. Door was hard to maneuver to lock and unlock. Staff were were nice and friendly though

Second year staying here and we plan to be back every year. The staff is incredibly friendly and the campgrounds have everything we could need for our family with two young kids. Great location for exploring the White Mountains. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

We only were able to stay for one day but the campground is very well maintained and lots of activities for the family. The staff is very nice and gracious. We received a knock on the door this morning and unbeknownst to us there was a mix up in which space we were supposed to be in. Even though it didn't affect us, and was on the check in process, the staff felt bad for having to bother us so they came back with a thoughtful apology note and a bottle of local syrup, which we are very excited about trying. I would highly recommend staying here and if we are ever in the area again we will for sure. Thanks, The Burkhardts
