The campground was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The unique "buddy sites" allowed us to camp awning to awning with the our traveling companions. Even though the lower level had very loud traffic noise, this is not the campgrounds fault, thus the five star rating. Overall a good campground in the White Mountains.

Everything is perfect for us at this KOA. Every single person that works there clearly subscribes to the KOA philosophy. They are kind, caring, dedicated, great at hospitality, talented at there jobs and always willing to help. The people that work here are exceptional! We stayed at the section near the road, truck noise during the week is terrible, beware. Free wifi is basically only good for texting, I am assuming for any bandwidth, you need to pay for access for each device. The campground itself is well kept, plenty to do for the kids and adults alike. Staff is friendly and caters to your needs. Will come back, but stay further away from RT 115.

Very clean and orderly. Friendly staff. Diverse sites for any tent or vehicle. Pool was well kept and clean. WIFI signal extremely poor. Definitely would come back.

The cabin was not very clean. The floors had dirt all over them, The mattress has hair all over it and there were ants and spiders in the cabin that we had to keep killing.. I have stayed in several other KOAs and enjoyed my stay I will just not stay here again

Nice large well maintained campground close to all local attractions. Plenty of activities for kids and well landscaped grounds toi relax and enjoy a sunset. A great spot to relax and explore the area.

Golf cart rode around the loop we were in every 15 minutes, and he was wailing! Driving at least 20-25 mph when the speed limit was 5 mph. I finally stopped him and asked him to slow down. He just ignored me and kept on moving, raising dust all over the place. This went on the entire weekend! We will never go back. Dump station 15 feet from the pool/patio! How can you sit/swim there!

I am so disappointed that a KOA would rent out a cabin so close to an extremely noisy, busy main road that we couldn’t even sit around the fire pit and talk. We truly could not hear each other. This family camping trip is now a sad memory because of the constant all day all night noise of tractor trailer trucks, motorcycles and automobiles.

The campground is clean and well maintained. We have stayed here many times. The sites in the lower front section are back-to-back so you’re not looking at your neighbor’s hookups. Unfortunately sites 5 & 6 are set up so that your slide outs are only about 3 feet apart. Also, having the patio/picnic table sides facing each other means you get very little privacy.

This is a very nice campground with tons of amenities, including free hot showers, clean bathrooms, and a well stocked store. They even have a friendly employee who will deliver firewood and ice to your site via golf cart. The campsite was small but the pad for the tent was flat and sandy. The street noise was annoying at night. Everyone was friendly and respectful. Overall we had a great time.

We had a great stay over the weekend on sites 30,31 and 32. Perfect family weekend. The kids loved the play area and pool. Your bathrooms were cleaned throughout the day. A nice surprise was the delicious pancake breakfast. Only issue we have not just Twin Mountain KOA but other campgrounds are doing it too, is the secure fee for a site. Why a secure fee when we a booking for a certain site?

The place is clean and well maintained. The camp spots are nice and flat. The biggest thing to mention is the kindness of the staff, from Mel while checking us in, to Barry lending us his tent because I forgot mine. Thanks for a great stay.

We did enjoy our stay, however we feel our expectations were a little high and led to disappointment. The "mattresses" were very thin and could essentially feel the wood frames underneath. I also wish there was better communication about the lack of pillows when providing our own linens. We stayed at a different KOA last summer and feel there's a big discrepancy btwn their "deluxe cabin" and yours

We stayed on site 105. It was large and the area was kind of like an isolated neighborhood. We loved it! The staff were kind, attentive and accommodating for us. We had an issue with our truck and couldn’t check out on time. They were so understanding and supportive. We would not hesitate to visit again if circumstances were to permit and would definitely recommend this KOA to everyone!

Our spot was extremely tight. We had a pull through in the front of the campground. Very small spot. Overall the campground was very nice, location not too far from state parks and sightseeing things. The upper road to the campground had patio sites that were more spacious than where we were, but there were NO SHADE TREES. Spotty WiFi. Nice tent sites, but a bit of a walk for bath houses .

The campground was absolutely beautiful.The staff worked hard to keep each site clean, completely raking each site when someone checked out.The sites are on the smaller side, but make up with it in charm. Most of the sites have fire pits that are surrounded by a romantic rock structure. The activities are a little light, but the pool is heated and well kept. Close to many attractions.

Its a decent place and well kept. I think the shower situation is very uncomfortable. The showers are way too small and not well lit. Also my cabin smelled very strongly of a dirty dog. Even when we aired it out and put a fan on it was a powerful smell. The wood the the site is also very overpriced. Otherwise it was a good time.

We stayed only one night. We used this campsite to preposition ourselves for a hike up Mt. Washington the next day. However, the site and staff were top notch. I will definitely stay at this campground again when I'm in the area.

Throughly enjoy our stay every year. We love the Mountain View vacation rental cabin. The Mountain View pergola with the comfy chairs, picnic tables, and grill is amazing. Kids always enjoy the pool, mining for gems, bouncy pad, and playground area.

The stay was great. The campground is very quiet and pleasant. The only downfall is I believe our cabin was not cleaned before we stayed. There was toothpaste, spatter on the bathroom wall and water on the bathroom floor. There was a towel left there from a previous stay unless KOA provides a towel. Otherwise the rest of the stay was good

Great location for a variety of activities (hiking, cycling). Clean , friendly staff. Might I suggest not cleaning the rest rooms at 8 am when many are awakening.

We enjoyed the organization of the caboose stay. And it was exciting for the kids. However, the mattress on all beds were way too hard. One granddaughter slept all 3 nights in one of the cars. I was recovering from shoulder surgery and am short, trying to get myself over the log rail to get out of the bed was a trial indeed. But otherwise, it was a superior camping experience. 10th yr

We have a 36’ class A. Our site (#85) was perfect! It sits among some cabins and was nestled in the back corner of north hill. Easy in and out and leveling. Very private. We enjoyed watching the kids riding the train every day— the drivers seemed to be having as much fun as the kids! Staff very friendly. Nice assortment of things in their camp store. Well maintained grounds. ��

the staff was very polite and helpfull, the park was clean, but i made the reservations 5 months in advance and they put us in the worst site in the campground

My family & I had a great time at Twin Mountain KOA. At first we thought we were just going to be setting up as a base camp for our off site adventures. However, we found ourselves to be having a great time & didn't want/ need to leave. The staff is among the friendliest, most pleasant, and helpful of any campground I've been to. Let's not forget about those barrel train rides! That was a treat!

It was a wonderful week. The girls loved the barrel rides and wished it ran more. Also the pool was fun. Everything was so clean and all the staff was so nice. We are already planning a return trip next year. Thank you a wonderful time.

We cannot say enough good things about our incredible stay at Twin Mountain KOA!! The cabin was spotless & the perfect blend of rustic with the comforts of home. Short stay. Cabin as described. Nice amenities which we were able to explore. Laundry reasonable. Pool nice , clean and refreshing. WiFi not the strongest but we also anticipate that when we pick wilderness vacations. Staff friendly and helpful. Bears are a possibility in the area:)

Beautiful campground. Has something for everyone-from tents, RVs to clamping & cabins. Attentive, helpful staff. Well equipped camp store. Lots of play areas for children. Well kept dog exercise areas.
