The staff was very nice, gave us helpful ideas where we could ride our bikes on trails. Campsite was ok. My only complaint is they should put down asphalt or gravel to stop erosion and sandy sites and roads. Washer was pretty expensive 3.00 and dryer 2.00. Would recommend campground.

Would likely not return. The lot we got was in a bad location and specifically the internet was extremely poor, even if you tried to pay for streaming. But the campground was clean and people weee friendly.

Highlight of our trip. The boys loved staying in the caboose. We also used a koa patio for the rest of our family which was really nice.

I loved Koa Twin Montains. A lot of activities for the kids ans adults (pool),the employees are very kind and the toilettes are super clean. The barrel train ride was a must !

The staff were incredibly friendly. Clean, quiet campground. Kids enjoyed all of the activities! My only observations that might be improvements: is on the safety side of things; an access gate (particularly at night) for security, especially being on a busy road; the wifi was spotty and even though we paid to upgrade, kept being booted off the router every so often and had to reset/reconnect.

Our first stay at Twin Mountain/Mt. Washington KOA couldn't have been better! This year we were disappointed with the cabin we rented. I called to be sure the cabin had a kitchen like the one we had last year and was told it did (it didn't). It also had an abundance of carpenter ants throughout. The campground itself is terrific with lots to do for the kids.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour. Le seul point négatif que j'aimerai émettre est le manque de savoir vivre de certains campeurs qui décidé de plier leur tente à 5 heure du matin. À l'enregistrement, même si c'est écrit dans les règlements, sur le pamphlet remis, les préposés devraient rappeler qu'il est interdit de faire du bruit entre 22h00 et 8h00 du matin.

We stayed at Twin Mountains KOA for 4 nights. This KOA is the friendliest campground we have ever stayed at. The camp is is well maintained and very clean. It is very centrally located, about 30 mins to popular attractions. A huge shout out to Marshall and his wonderful staff for all the hard work that goes into making our visit very comfortable.

This Koa is in great shape, very customer friendly and knowledgeable staff. made our time great! I want take and Thank one employee especially The manager I do believe his name is Marshal he gave us great advice about local attractions. They were spot on!!

It was a nice clean campground. Had reserved a pull thru site, but had to unhook to fit. Otherwise it was nice.

Great location close to activities. Cozy forested sites with tight challenging turns for RVs. Laundry room was very nice.

The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and always working to keep the campgrounds looking it's best. Also, helpful in giving information on local spots around the area. We never felt rushed or uncomfortable with our stay. We plan on going back again in the near future.

The campground is great and we always have a good time there. However, we didn’t enjoy our cabin K-8. It had a terrible smell and attempts to spray and put an odor water in it didn’t do much.

I've stayed at better campgrounds that were much cheaper, including on weekends. Although we got rained on during our stay, the campsite we stayed at did start to pond water and at one point a small stream formed underneath one of our tents. You should consider adding better drainage to your sites and rebuilding them.

Don’t plan to do any work. Cell service is poor and WiFi, even the strength you pay extra for is slow. Too many trees for satellite WiFi as well. HOWEVER, the views are gorgeous so leave the work behind and enjoy the great outdoors or their great cable.

Our site, #1, was out of level by more than 4"-with many trip hazards - most notably the raised patio. The rough edge stairs leading to the office were a danger and the store was overpriced. The bright spot was Eric, he worked with us to to find temporary solutions to the site problems. Bring your bug spray. At this time I can not recommend the campground - there are many other KOAs instead.

This was our first stay at a KOA. We found the camp ground very clean and there staff were excellent. Staff would ask us nearly every day if things are okay and if there was anything they can help make our stay be better. Hard working crew.

The staff were wonderful! They were doing rounds later until the night and very helpful and descriptive. There were a few other people car camping in there. You pay a little bit more here for reliable service, hot water, and good people! Would recommend if in the area.

Great campground nestled in the Twin, white mountains of NH. Service was great, close to hiking and town. Only negatives were pricey for per night price with everything closed in the winter.

Great quiet campground for a KOA, we have come here twice so far with our dog and we love it so much we will probably come back every year.
