AMAZING!!! LOVED Karen in the office, she was wonderful, always helpful. Now, I know we were in the woods so bugs are expected; however, it seemed like our cabin KT-1 was INFESTED with HUGE spiders.

Its our fav New Hampshire/ White Mountain area campground. Great people, great area, and always have a great time. We have stayed ther many times and will return many times.

Everyone was very nice and the bathroom/showers were always clean. We really enjoyed the on site hiking trail and the heated pool!

It was a nice experience! We were hiking the AT and it was welcoming each day to return to our campsite ���. The staff was wonderful! Clean bathrooms, great laundry facility and dish washing area.

Rented a cabin the porches could have been cleaned a little bit better cob webs everywhere. Grill could use a little TLC was uneven and loose. other than that my stay was excellent. staff was very and helpful especially Mel she was awesome ! She is definitely an asset for KOA .

It was soooo relaxing and the campground was full of friendly people. Extremely dog friendly which was awsome for our two fury family members.

This was the second year in a row that I rented the same cabin. My experience was great with the campground and its employees. The only thing I was disappointed with was the the fact that the shower was damaged and repaired as good as it could be. I was hoping this year it would have been replaced.

Our stay started with a warm welcome from the staff! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The campground was very clean. The had a great selection of items that we may have forgotten to pack! I can't wait to visit again!

Last time we'll spend a family & friend holiday weekend at this KOA. The new policy form that must be signed is just too much to deal with. If a dope smoking Karen complains you're having fun too loud, they have the option of kicking you out because of it. BS. Never coming back.

The staff were nice and the amenities were fine, but they stacked, racked, and packed everyone into the campground so people were right on top of each other.

Staff was very pleasant and facilities very clean. I have a 32ft travel trailer and just a word of caution as the rear of our rig did drag coming into the entrance of the KOA as well going into South Park area. Site 110 is where septic holding tanks are so you get an occasional smell on the site. Basic WiFi wasn’t great and I didn’t pay for upgrade. I have AT&T for cell and limited service.

decnt place but campsites are on top of each other. didnt really feel like we were in the nature.

We stayed in KL4 - the bathroom door is very squeaky and wakes the whole cabin up when closing it. It would be great if there was a screen door. Also maybe a lamp, I dislike overhead lighting as I get migraines and a softer light would be helpful.

Nice quiet campground. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Sites are tight for our 45’ toy hauler but manageable. Thanks for having us. We will be back.

Good stay. Clean campsite and nice bathrooms. Our RV site was very close to the cabin next to us and we were just feet away from their patio. Needed another privacy fence. Fortunately neighbors were nice. Site was mostly dirt so dust constantly flying. Needs more gravel or paving. Hookups were good and location was too.

We’ve been coming for 3 years, but this visit felt different. The top section by the pavilion is nice but could use a playground. No activities or barrel rides this year, and the small pool was overcrowded. Staff are friendly, but overall the campground felt run down with things not being maintained.

Thank you for your feedback and loyalty. We replaced the pool liner, refinished the deck, and added a new jump pad this year. Barrel rides will return once the golf cart is repaired. If you notice any specific areas needing maintenance please let us know so we can address them.

We are not likely to stay again. Amenities need to be upgraded. Pool is very small. We were up in the field and there is no playground for the kids. You have a dog park but nothing for the kids. I also found the bathrooms need to be cleaned. Staff is very friendly. We also did like the patios in front of our camper.

Beautiful campground. Has something for everyone-from tents, RVs to clamping & cabins. Attentive, helpful staff. Well equipped camp store. Lots of play areas for children. Well kept dog exercise areas.

Great place for a base camp to explore the White Mountains. Loved how the campground was set up, bathrooms were clean and there's lots of activities for kids.
