One of the most beautiful KOA we have ever been to! The sites were huge! We stayed an extra day to rest and relax! Will be back!

It seemed like our site was a bit too small for our camper, and the sites are small. Pool is also small for the amount of sites, park was decent. Nothing terrible for us, but not what we were expecting. Not sure we would return for the price we paid.

Nice campground to stay at especially with children as there is plenty of activities. Camp store has most everything you need. The only reason we rated lower is there is only 1 bath and bathroom building at the front for what is a large campground.

Awesome KOA. Great friendly staff. Only one suggestion for improvement. In the summer time quiet time should be 11:00 PM because it is still very light out at 10:00 PM. Makes it difficult to sit around the fire at night and chat.

Everything was great. Camp staff escorted us to our campsite. Delivered firewood and ice. Not a service I’ve experienced anywhere else. And I appreciate the text reminders about current activities on site. Everyone was friendly and engaging with myself and my family. Would definitely stay again

We enjoyed our stay at this KOA. There was lots to do at the campground itself like the pool, giant chess and checkers, mini golf, gem mine, etc. The site was close to town so we could enjoy the Cherry Festival activities as well. We will be coming back again.

It is expensive to stay. We were sitting in the dog park and a flea jumped on us the second time we went in there. The first time a tick was on my leg. You would think you would treat it for that before people bring their fur babies in. The price on your wood is ridiculous. You advertise that you have trails from your campground to ride on with side x sides but you don't.

We had a great stay over the Independence Day weekend. Bathrooms were clean and lots of activities especially for kids. Extremely friendly staff. I highly recommend this campground!

The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The landscaping plants really show that somebody over there loves gardening. Our site was really nice, I loved the patio and the patio furniture. The service was great. Firewood was delivered quite quickly.

first off the new section is mostly dirt and muddy tried to be moved but was told you were sold out which of course was untrue then we lost water and power for several hours and again asked to move but was told NO I HAVE TRAVELED ALL OVER THE COUNTRY AND THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE! I will be pulling my membership and canceling all other reservations with KOA

This was a last minute booking for some much needed quite time. My stay was exactly that. This campground was quiet and well kept. My site was level and in a nice wooded area. The staff was also very friendly. I did notice a lot of children and adults riding electric scooters at very high speeds. I feel this should be addressed as a safety issue. All in all, I will be back.

Very clean and quiet. Great new sites and easy access. Paw pen is a must have for big dogs, but some shade is needed. Camper awnings don't cover the paw pen. And the lack of grass in the dog run just got the dogs filthy. Staff was amazing and amenities were clean. 1 public restroom is odd and the showers were tiny. Overall a great visit!

We stayed at this KOA during the Traverse City Cherry festival. It was clean and quiet. We were in site 20 which had a nice shade cover. Staff was friendly and communication was great!

We were located in the new section of the facility. We were out viewing the local areas and received a text message that the water was off in the entire section. When we returned the staff was working on the issue. Bottom line the water was off from 2:00 PM until Midnight. There were minimal updates. Also the management made no offer of compensation for the outage.

Our site was shady and nice, but too close to the main road. Very noisey! The road noise definitely detracted from the campfire time and sleeping time.

Hands down one of the BEST experiences we’ve had at a campground! Friendly, hard working staff and a well-maintained facility. The new sites they’ve added are beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We elected to stay in a spot nestled in the trees toward the back of the campground vs. the spot next to the road. Good choice just needed bug spray.

We enjoyed the park and everything seemed nice. It was nice to see the new areas going in. It would be nice to see more kids activities added as well, and things updated. My only complaint is we were staying with other softball families. A site next to another family was open before we got there and we asked to be next to them but were told it was booked. Then it sat empty the entire weekend.

All the staff were outstanding! They kept me updated throughout the day with their texts so I wouldn't miss a thing going on!!! I would definitely stay again, maybe even as a seasonal resident!!!

We stay at KOA for the amenities. Yes, it's more pricey than some parks but we like that we know what to expect from KOA. We stayed in one of the new pull through full hook up sites, it was spacious but not shady. They planted new trees so some shade will come. The pool is nice. They only have one shower house, I think they plan to add another but it's not built yet. The showers were clean and the laundry was convenient. The pool was fantastic. We enjoyed the free mini golf. Definitely go eat at Patty Cakes!
