WE rented a deluxe cabin which was generally nice but it was less well maintained than when we were there a few years ago. Perhaps it was just end of the season wear and tear. We had a nice time.

Cabin and grounds were clean. Bathrooms and laundry were very clean. Staff was polite and friendly. Not to far from things to see. Very quiet, of course I was there after school started.

We enjoyed it, it was much cheaper for us to book a cabin here then one of the main hotels in TC. I would have liked to see more of the roadways paved vs gravel though. Hard for the kids to ride scooters and bikes on that.

Cabin was clean and fully stocked with everything that we could possibly need. Staff was friendly and around often to check garbage, etc.

We stay at this campground once per year and absolutely love it! The kids enjoy the activities and the campground is very nice and clean!

Fun place for kids and adults also. Our cabin was not cleaned. The bathroom was really dirty. Bed was comfortable. Loved the size of the refrigerator.

I am sorry you found your accommodations not cleaned. We have housekeepers on staff and they would have certainly gone over to reclean for you. We also have an after hours phone if you checked in late and found it unsatisfactory. Did you reach out to the front office or the after hours phone?

We stayed 4 nights in a deluxe cabin site at KOA. We had a great experience. This is our 3rd time camping here and have enjoyed every time.

The campground was clean and so was our cabin. It was such a relaxing weekend. There were tons of things for the kids to do but it didn’t seem crowded or super busy. It was also really nice that there was only a two night minimum on cabins instead of three. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definitely book again!

We tent camped here 10 years ago & upon retirement thought we'd try your cabins While they are very nice the bed was very uncomfortable We went this route as opposed to tent because of my husbands hip/knee replacements We were up all nite and cut our trip short by leaving the next morning at 5:30a We had a two nite stay but couldn't sleep, so we left Any chance we can get a (1) nite refund Thank y

The cabin was wonderful. The grounds were kept up well. My son loved the rock snake and the robot vacuum pool cleaner. I loved that most of the store was on sale also. I was shocked to see no hand soap in the bathroom of our cabin tho. I under stood they didn’t supply linens but no soap is kind of crazy. The shower curtain kept sticking to me when i was showering. Over all a good stay

Cabin was clean and the front office staff was very friendly and informative. The property was well cared for. All the workers clearly take pride in this property.

The studio cabin layout was super efficient. Staff was super friendly, grounds were super clean and quiet. The flowers were beautiful. We chose this KOA because we were able to have our dog. The kids loved the pool, the free golf, yard games, gem mining station, foam party and smores. Only issue was poor cell service and weak WiFi at our site.

We had a few hiccups with no power on arrival to cabin and then the next day no hot water from propane being empty but the staff responded so very fast even at 11pm at night. We've stayed at this campground twice this season and several times over the last few years and it is always very clean, beautifully maintained and welcoming. We always recommend this KOA to anyone headed towards TC.

You have a lovely campground! Your entire staff is friendly, from the time you are greeted at check-in until the time you leave. Your grounds are well maintained, and the flowers!!!! Loved the pretty fairy garden! We stayed in one of your cabins, it was so clean and cheery inside! Thank You for a wonderful stay!!!

Our deluxe cabin was comfortable and we loved the gas grill, fire pit, and wood delivery. Unfortunately the floor inside our cabin was filthy, and obviously not mopped from last stay.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this KOA. Great amenities including the heated pool, free putt putt, and large playground. Our kids loved the train rides. Only minor complaint was that we had a cabin at the back of the park and had no cell service in that area, but my in-law's RV site just a few yards away did have service.

Very clean campground and the cabin we rented was spotless. They seem to be expanding and I hope they have plans on adjusting to this. There was only one section of showers/bathrooms in the front and the pool is small.

Rented a small cabin for a 3 night stay. The campground was nice and the staff we encountered were friendly. We honestly only needed a place that allowed pets and place to lay our heads at night, so cannot speak to all the amenities offered. Cabin was mostly clean, need to really get under and behind the beds with a swiffer duster. Worked out very well for our purpose. Thank you!

Cabin was well laid out. Was clean but could use some improvements. The shower could use some deep cleaning( new chalking, something regular cleaning does not get). Definitely needs the floors redone. Roomy cabin.

It was amazing! Our cabin was clean and comfortable. We loved being right by the (really nice!) playground for the kids with the pool a very short distance away. All the kids activities are great. The whole property was well cared for, clean and quiet. The pool is a good size and again, well cared for. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. Our first time staying in a cabin at a KOA, growing up thru years ago, we tent camped. The staff from making reservations months ago to calling with questions to check-in was friendly, helpful and professional. The cabin was perfect. The cleanliness was remarkable. We had a minor issue with the showerhead and literally within minutes of calling the office it was taken care of. Loved our stay.

We stay at KOA for the amenities. Yes, it's more pricey than some parks but we like that we know what to expect from KOA. We stayed in one of the new pull through full hook up sites, it was spacious but not shady. They planted new trees so some shade will come. The pool is nice. They only have one shower house, I think they plan to add another but it's not built yet. The showers were clean and the laundry was convenient. The pool was fantastic. We enjoyed the free mini golf. Definitely go eat at Patty Cakes!
