We had a wonderful stay, very helpful friendly staff! Quiet in the evenings, perfect location for day trips/ sightseeing in the area.

This is an outstanding campground. We were there with family and rented both a pull through site and a cabin. Sites are level and easily accessible, facilities and grounds are well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are plenty of activities for both adults and kids. We highly recommend and plan to stay there again on our next trip to Traverse City.

The cabin was clean and the TV was a bonus. It would be nice if there would be better lighting at night for walking to the bathrooms. The store and registration is larger than the KOA we had just left last Friday morning of souvenirs, food etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they always had a smile on when we came into the store.

Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Cabin was clean and there were no problems. Nice email notices for in coming T'storms and quiet time reminders. Park is on the small side, which suits me fine.

They threatened to shut the bathrooms down due to “vandalism” because a toilet flooded. Then they removed all the toilet paper. There was no notice provided about this! This cabin did not have any facilities, just beds. There were also people there in tents.

Was wonderful..cabin was perfect. Stay was great. Had a great time. Little disappointed that the office wasn't open later as we couldn't do the activities we wanted.

The hours for the pool & the jump pillow need to be listed on the website. People need to be informed that it closes at 430. Which was a huge disappointment when you have kids.

Great cabin; clean and spacious. Kids enjoyed the mini golf and scavenger hunts. The jump pillows were fun, but as the design traps water on top, it was a bit unpleasant on the cold days we were there. We were disappointed by lack of basketball hoop. Never been to a KOA without one. Super friendly staff. Overall great stay, but wish camp store was open later than 5:00 on our “off weekend”.

Great campground. Only complaint is that I seemed like we were the only people in a cabin and they put us the farthest spot away from the only bathroom

The stay was good but I had something to warm up in the microwave. I went to the office and asked to use the microwave and they said it was for staff only. This was at 9 am there were 3 workers and no other people around. I will try a different place next year

We like that you are adding more camp sites. It was fine to see them work while we were there. We really enjoy the texts that gave us a hands up about the fire ban. We stayed in cabin 1. It would be nice if the toilet seat had a cover. The extra toilet paper fell off the top of the tank and got wet. The shower is very small. If you put in a curved shower curtain rod, it might really help.

The beds in cabin 22 were hard as a rock and the light came in so much from the door and windows/need shades or curtains. We did not get a discount for the Care Camping weekend as we always do which was very misleading. The 1/2 off for the 2nd night was gave as a donation- the KOA should've made that donation.

The KOA was very accommodating when I was going to be about 30 minutes late for checking. After having to run one of my dogs to the vet very last minute. Also we stated at the KOA because of we went to the Blessing of the Jeep in mesick. I sent a text and they delivered to my campsite was very easy and convenient we'll stay again

We have visited this KOA for several years now, and while there is new ownership, it continues to be well-kept and clean. We greatly appreciate that and intend to continue staying here in coming years. On this visit, we stayed in a deluxe cabin with full bathroom, an ample-sized refrigerator, microwave, and stove top. Note, 1 of the burners was missing. It had plates, cups, etc.

I understand reduced fall hours. Store being closed, putt putt, etc. But kind of sad to see some of the playground equipment not available. I was in town for the Frankfort Ironman race and hope to return next year.

Had a cabin in rear of park, away from all except tent camping and couple other cabins. We were only ones in that section except one tent camper. Very quiet and relaxing. Firepit is a bit dollarstore-ish but held up. Store is much nicer than several years ago if supplies needed. Overall compared to years ago, campground is improved although I never had an issue previously either. 5 stars

We stay at KOA for the amenities. Yes, it's more pricey than some parks but we like that we know what to expect from KOA. We stayed in one of the new pull through full hook up sites, it was spacious but not shady. They planted new trees so some shade will come. The pool is nice. They only have one shower house, I think they plan to add another but it's not built yet. The showers were clean and the laundry was convenient. The pool was fantastic. We enjoyed the free mini golf. Definitely go eat at Patty Cakes!
