Stayed in a deluxe cabin for 6 nites. Cabin was very clean and had the essential cookware and utensils. Only minor issue was the fridge was hinged on the right and it was cumbersome to open the fridge. You had to step into the bathroom to open it. Other deluxe cabins had the fridge hinged on the left side. We stay at Traverse City KOA every year during fall salmon run. Never disappointed.

The staff was very friendly. The cabins were clean and well equipped. Pizza across the street at The Rusty Moose Garden center was awesome as well. Would definitely stay again

Just a couple issues. Bathroom fan was hanging off the wall, store closed at 5…way to early , no real dishes to use, traffic was loud, no planned activities, music was blaring the last night for hours, nothing for adults to do at the campground, bathtub was dirty at arrival . The staff was friendly, scenery was nice and the cable worked.

Overall we had good experience during out stay. Our cabin was very clean and the outside was well maintained. The only downfall was the water shutdown when we arrived, but it was fixed within a few hours. Please thank the workers that had to work outside in the rain to repair the water line. Hope to come back to your KOA in the near future.

My family and I had an amazing experience at the Traverse City KOA. The staff was very friendly and professional, the grounds were well maintained, and their shop had a nice variety of items. They even delivered the firewood directly to our site. Our kids want to come back every year from now on.

Hi, This KOA provided services beyond my expectations. The staff is so welcoming of children and understanding of their needs. The activities available were age-appropriate and provided with such friendliness. My twin grandsons (age 5) really enjoyed the opportunities to paint the ceramic figurines I could buy at reasonable prices. The cabin was exactly as pictured and described. Excellent!

We bring our whole family up to tent camp for around a week every year. This time, my husband and I spent 4 nights in a cabin. The people are friendly, the service is wonderful, the bathrooms are clean…this whole KOA is great!

We enjoyed our time at the KOA. The cabin is great - the small space is used efficiently and had everything we needed. It was clean and organized. Our young kids loved the pool and other activities. We plan to visit again!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Love staying in the area and this KOA. However this time the cabin was not clean. Very dusty. Solar light on steps wasn't working. It would be nice to have mixing/serving bowls provided.

Was a great time and great stay at KOA Traverse City. Perfect camp site. Two criticisms: 1) knowing there is no cooking inside the cabin, people will use the grill outside. Why isn't there a small sink to wash utensils in the "kitchen" area? Had to squeeze into bathroom using sink to wash. 2) $6.99 for a can of PAM at the store? Even cashier was shocked at the price.

Most relaxed I can remember being. We had a deluxe cabin. It was nicely equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, skillet and pot, and propane grill. We were lucky to have a sunny grass yard. It's a small campground, mostly wooded/shade camp sites. Playground occupied my 7 year old for hours but my 10 and 11 year old said it's the lesser playground of all (four?) KOAs they've been too.

What a great campground! We were able to stay in a cabin for less than paying for a hotel, but there was ample room for the two of us and we were a quick walk from clean bathrooms and great showers with hot water. The loop around the KOA is a nice size for walking, and the camp store was one of the best we had ever seen.

WOW! I think that says it! Your staff is beyond friendly, our site DC21 was AMAZING!! Loved the seclusion! Clean firepit was great too…you don’t always get that in state/provincial/national parks. You guys nailed it 100%! Everything was perfect! We didn’t use your pool because we used the other slightly bigger one called Lake Michigan…lol! Great job guys…can’t wait to return!

Nice park, very clean with lots of kid’s activities. Only complaint was that I was unable to bring my dog to stay with me in my tiny cabin. I had to have my parents take her to nearby hotel where they were staying, that allowed dogs.

It’s our third time staying at this campground. We really enjoy. I do wish I would have known the cabin did not have a pairing or smooth knife or a vegetable peeler. I also wish linens were provided. We have stayed at grand rapids Koa and they provide towels and bedding, so nice not to have to pack those items. Friendly staff and fun activities.

we enjoyed everything about our stay. the staff if soooooo effficient. the park has so many fun options for kids. the park is clean and taken care of really well. our cabin was clean, well thought out space, just perfect. the pool was beautiful. putt putt was fun and reasonably priced. the mining for gems was an unexpected bonus. the park is close to many attractions in the area. thank you !!!

We had a great 2 night stay with our young kids. Fun playground for the kids, easy after hours check-in, super clean cabin and bathrooms. We will definitely be back.
