This campground has tons of extra amenities, especially for kids. Everything is very clean and well-maintained, and the office staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. We will be staying here again!

Great place to stay, charming location and site - clean facilities and the laundry room - amazing, LOVE the PayRange app to pay for the laundry instead of with quarters. The staff was very nice and accommodating -would definitely recommend this campground.

Very nice place to stay. My only issue would be during busy season everyone is packed on top of each other, even in the premium sites. Very close in the main campground with nothing between sites for any sort of privacy. Overall beautiful place and extremely well maintained. When we come again we will get one of the sites on the fringes with the woods. on three sides of us.

Had a great time. Had plenty of other campers to watch coming and going! The only stickler Mother Nature but we take her in stride and enjoy where we are and who we meet. See you next year.

Such caring people and the campground is beautiful. The fall colors in the campground and the area are like none I have ever seen.

Second stay for me. This trip included RVs and cabins. Great time even though it rained most of the time. Staff was attentive to our needs. Would stay again.

Dave and Cathy go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. All the workers are top notch. Very clean and friendly campground. I would highly recommend this campground to anyone that wants to visit the Traverse City area or just stay at your site and camp.

nice location (no railroads in area), level sites, full hookup, place to walk my dogs, store with some can goods. I had a problem with my cable connection and they replaced the bad part, all was well. I will stay here next year and tell others the same. Close to traverse city but far enough that it is quite.

Park is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. I like the personal touch of leading you to your site and delivering wood.

Our patio site was very nice. Good neighbors. But other campers need to be told about campground etiquette. You do not cut through others campsites. Close to Traverse City and other scenic towns like Leland

Peaceful well run KOA a short drive to many attractions and golf just south of Traverse City. Really enjoyed being in the country with the beautiful changing leaves.

It's 20+miles toTraverse City. Thinking we were staying in Traverse was deceiving. Bathroom and showers really need some major updating. Internet and cable Very good.

We had a great camping site. Lots of shade and a concrete patio. It was clean and quiet the last week of September while we were there. Our granddaughter loved the jump pad and the playground. Can't wait to try it in the summer!

Very well kept especially the bathroom facilities. Super friendly & accommodating staff. Our kids really loved the jump pad, playground, and had the most fun exploring the little mining station w/the stone bags I purchased in the gift shop. We did that right before we left, so they spent a good amount of the car ride home matching up their hidden treasures to the brochure they gave us as well.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The campground was clean and well maintained. A few suggestions..there were lots of open sites, we would have enjoyed being a little more spread out instead everyone camping in one place. Campfire rings very small and not positioned well on site. Our neighbors ring was right next to our camper.

The only problem we had was the fire pit. It was in a hole and made it a little dangerous of falling. Otherwise a nice lot.

We had a patio site. Was long enough for our 5th wheel and truck. Took a little manoeuvring as the site was just wide enough. Plenty of space to walk our dog. Clean laundry facility. Close to shops and wineries

What we liked: Very quiet, spacious lots, great wi-fi, shady, friendly office staff, level sites What we didn't like: Location...very far from town, store/office closed at 5pm, swimming pool closed, some long term campers that were not very tidy with their sites. We moved to a site in the very back, shaded, quite and very happy with that one once we moved.

Great campground for people of all ages. Clean bathrooms, small store. Lots of play area for kids. Nice pool area. Friendly owners and employees. Full hookups with some cement patos. Short drive to Traverse City area. Will camp here again and bring grandkids. Have nice cabins to stay in, also.
