We had a nice quiet stay with a good sized pull through campsite and a nice patio. We appreciated the charcoal grill! Very pleasant stay.

Very clean campground with friendly staff. Only complaint would be the WiFi. The campground is in an area with very little cell coverage. Due to this fact it would have been nice to at least have had usable WiFi since we are paying for it. We would however return and stay again. Hopefully when there is less wildfire smoke.

We love your campground. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The only negative I have is the lack of shower houses. One or two more would be nice. We will probably be back next year. Thank You.

Cabin was well laid out. Was clean but could use some improvements. The shower could use some deep cleaning( new chalking, something regular cleaning does not get). Definitely needs the floors redone. Roomy cabin.

We loved all the amenities from staying in a deluxe cabin. So many things to do for young kids and the location was great.

We had a great few days up at the campground. Even with the water going out, the staff did everything they could to get water to the RV's so people weren't without while the well pumps were getting replaced. My family and I had a great time and will likely return in the future. Thanks!

The Hosts that we met and every staff member that we said hi to were wonderful! This KOA set a very high bar for all the other KOA's to meet, and we've been to a few other very nice ones. This was over and above! Keep up the great work, and your love of what you do really shows. Thank you!

10 day stay during 4th of July and Cherry Festival. The campground was full, but we felt like we had room and were able to enjoy the campsite. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked in spite of all the campers, they did a fantastic job keeping up with cleaning. The site we had was pretty level and the hook-ups were conveniently located. All in all a great stay!

My granddaughter had a blast, loved the foam!, looking for the rubber ducks, she got the bag of sand and got the prizes from it, took the train ride twice, pool was amazing, camping lot was clean and awesome!

Site was clean in quiet area. Office staff is kind, friendly. The park is near other towns and Traverse City.

Sites were nice size! The campground had just about everything you would need to entertain your family and was VERY clean! Staff was friendly and always readily available!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

2.5 stars. Well-maintained grounds. Bathrooms fell short of KOA standards. Sunday 11:00 a.m., restroom floor was wet/dirty. By 3:45 p.m., a toilet was clogged, all shower floors were very dirty. I requested a call from the manager 2X but never received one. Monday, a new sign said bathrooms cleaned at 4 p.m. Not sure if it was related to my concerns. Bathrooms should be checked throughout the day.

Staff was friendly and very attentive. Everyone seemed like they enjoyed their job! Whole campground was beautifully landscaped with tons of flowers. It was a great stay. Wouldn’t change a thing.

Nice place, I was happy with our stay. Only complaint was the wi fi was blocked from our site by the rig next to us, and the cable TV hook up was stripped so I had to buy a connector.

Plenty of space,a well-stocked store, and helpful staff. We enjoyed our week-long stay and would definitely come back.

we were warmly welcomed by the staff and escorted to our site where the assistant guided as we backed into the site. The site was perfectly flat and all amenities worked fine. The restrooms were clean. The campground was clean, quiet, and well maintained. It was our 2nd trip there. Before we departed we booked a return trip in 2027 where we received an additional discount for booking in advan

This location is well maintained and well appointed. Our sites are consistently well groomed and clean. We could easily pull onto our site and the on-site store was well stocked.

The campground was very nice, except where we had to stay. I asked about WiFi and was told that was not a problem, the WIFI did not work most of the time and when it did, it was not consistent so I could work. The other problem was the site, I never thought that we would be in the middle of trees with large stones and no grass at all. This was not good for us and especially for my dogs.

I cannot say enough great things about this campground! The day we arrived we realized we left the trailer keys at home, we couldn't get in and couldn't unhitch as the key to the hitch lock was also at home. I went to the office 5 minutes before they closed, they had someone with bolt cutters and a drill at our site within 5 minutes. The rest of the stay was just as great. We will stay here again

It was amazing! Our cabin was clean and comfortable. We loved being right by the (really nice!) playground for the kids with the pool a very short distance away. All the kids activities are great. The whole property was well cared for, clean and quiet. The pool is a good size and again, well cared for. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. Our first time staying in a cabin at a KOA, growing up thru years ago, we tent camped. The staff from making reservations months ago to calling with questions to check-in was friendly, helpful and professional. The cabin was perfect. The cleanliness was remarkable. We had a minor issue with the showerhead and literally within minutes of calling the office it was taken care of. Loved our stay.

We love this campground and the campground crew. Very friendly and helpful. We’ve been coming here for over three decades in the summer for cherry festival and area activities. We have never been disappointed. Thank you KOA Traverse City.

We stay at KOA for the amenities. Yes, it's more pricey than some parks but we like that we know what to expect from KOA. We stayed in one of the new pull through full hook up sites, it was spacious but not shady. They planted new trees so some shade will come. The pool is nice. They only have one shower house, I think they plan to add another but it's not built yet. The showers were clean and the laundry was convenient. The pool was fantastic. We enjoyed the free mini golf. Definitely go eat at Patty Cakes!
