Staff was super nice and helpful. Only issue was the quote hours. There was a TV playing all night Saturday night that we could hear. And both night had music being played until around 1130. Bath houses were pretty clean and campsite was nice.

I am sorry you ran into a problem after quite hours. There is an afterhours phone number listed on the map you are given. We always answer that line when the store is closed to help with issues such as noise complaints or any campground issue that may arise. Thank you for staying with us.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Grounds were well maintained. Pool wasn’t open due to maintenance but it was too cold to swim anyways. My kids (6&9) had a blast. Would stay here again.

We came for a short weekend, and enjoyed our stay so much we made another reservation for later this summer. Camp store came in handy for supplies, and the amenities were perfect. Thank you

This is one of our favorite campgrounds. We come back a couple times a year. Always friendly staff and clean facilities. Only wish our neighbors had been a little quieter and respectful of our site. But what can you do...not KOAs fault.

We enjoyed our backin site especially the concrete patio with , wrought iron patio furniture and rocking loveseat. The employees were friendly and the grounds were well kept with special plantings in a fairy garden near our site. Great location.

alot of the park seemed to be open yet we were all packed in one area, neighbors were very noisy, after I asked them to please be quiet being it was 11pm, they persisted to be very loud, there was no one around to help at office, so we packed up and left, I was very unhappy, ive always loved KOA campgrounds and this really makes me second guess going ever again.

Our stay was fantastic! The staff was very accommodating. The campground was clean, including the restrooms/showers. There was plenty of activities for the children also. We will be returning and we highly suggest a stay at this campground!

Very nice people and campgrounds. We visited when there was nothing opened as it was very early in the season. Spots were very accommodating but only 1 set of showers and a really small pool for close to 200 sites?? Also cable didn't work and wifi was terrible. Could be 5 stars with some upgrades in the amenities.

The owners are great people regarding check in rules. But the cabin we stay in had a smell to it the mattresses smelled like rotten eggs and our lamps in there didn’t work. The showers were clean but the water had a weird rotten egg smell to it aswell. I’m not complaining just trying to make someone’s future stay a little better. I had a great weekend overall. Last minute booking at the end of your season BUT it was beautiful and fantastic and I really hope I can return some day !!! It was so clean, everything was so clean !!!! Booking was easy and instructions were easy to follow too. This was a great place to stop on our journey back down state.

Being a single senior and a first time camper I had plenty of questions . The workers were always so kind to me . Especially when I couldn't get my door unlocked. Once when no one could get it open a female worker when thro a window! They always were so good to me!

I personally love this koa it is one of my favorites. The facilities are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive. The recent addition was well done, the bends are ridiculously comfortable in the deluxe cabins. One of my favorites to stay at.

Initially making the reservation, was forced to book for 2 nights. Upon arrival, I was led to my campsite to find 4-5 sites occupied in a wide open area of roughly 80-100 empty sites. At check in, I asked to be near Kamp K9, but the manager said there wasn't anything closer than my assigned site; there were dozens!! We stayed just one night, but not due to the KOA, we originally planned on 1 ni

Dawn-Dewey and staff are awesome! Willing to go above and beyond to make your stay the best! The park is in a great location for visiting beaches, breweries, the Sleeping Bear Sand dunes and sight seeing. Rob and Bre are wonderful - always willing to lend a helping hand. If rock hunting is your thing.. those 2 are “Rock stars” in and out of the campground. A second bathhouse is really needed!

We had a good stay there. We requested a sunny site and we’re given one so our star link worked well. We had beautiful fall colors over in the area where we stayed no problems. Lots of area to walk around the campground is huge. I would’ve given it a five if they had a café or something like that, it’s listed as a Traverse City, but Campground is about 18 -20 miles from Traverse City.

We were seasonal campers for the year and planned on keeping our camper there forever. In the year we went through 4 managers at the park and the place is not organized. Our lot was not ready til July 1st and the lot they gave us did not have a center pad as promised. Each manager said they were working on getting WiFi but never got working WiFi. Staff was friendly and helpful. The campgrounds were clean well kept and beautiful. Our pups enjoyed the Paw Pad at our site and the Bark Park. Quiet and relaxing. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the Traverse City area.

Not our first time staying there but it was the first time we had an issue. There was a VERY disruptive group of kids. They banged on our trailer door and ran and hid. They did it twice and I'm talking banging on the door, NOT just knocking. Both times it was well after 10:00 P.M. I called the after hours number and nobody answered and they didn't even have a voice mail mailbox set up.

Clean, quiet, Secure, Friendly Staff. One of the Staff members offered to guide the trailer while I backed up (I have back up camera). I can't remember a time when this was offered at any other campground we have stay at. Very nice. We will be returning next season.

As with most KOA's service is always impeccable. The texting svc is so convenient. We were there for work not holiday so sadly were unable to participate in the activities. Rooms were clean (floors not so much) comfortable, and gave us just what we needed. We do wish there was a place to wash our dishes & utensils nearer to our cabin. We felt safe and quiet hours were respected. We always felt like someone was available in case we needed them for any reason & our questions were always answered with kindness & enthusiasm. Would absolutely recommend
