This is my fourth year. We have come to this KOA and every year they held my spot that I like. they told me if I don’t give them a $25 hold fee they wouldn’t guarantee my spot and they didn’t. Also, when you add on a bunch of new sites, you should make your facilities, bigger bathrooms, pool etc. because of the $25 hold. (Greed fee) you lost a customer.

Cabin floor needed sweeping with a vacuum cleaner. Sand in corners and edges. Feet got dirty walking around on it. Air conditioning is sub par. Bedroom air worked part time. Living area air conditioner seemed to struggle to keep the area cool. Glad it wasn’t, real hot. Ceiling fan and light switches in the bedroom were not working like they were suppose to. We had a great time for our first time. My only (and my grandson’s) is that the store closes at 6:00 every night we were there. If we were to come again, we will be prepared for that.

The grounds were well maintained. The staff was amazing. So friendly and willing to help. The campground was very family friendly. On the weekends they had special Smoreos, train rides and a foam party. So fun to watch the kids having fun. Definitely worth the stay and we do plan on coming back.

clean, well maintained campground; staff friendly; After a neighbor site vacated, a staff member came to assess the vacated site (not unusual). What is note worthy is that the staff member took a rake and spent the time and effort to level all depressions. I thanked him for his efforts (we did not have to level our trailer when we arrived)- tho I got the impression that his efforts were SOP.

The campground is clean & has many sites to choose from. I love that it’s pet friendly. Really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great! The only problem was that the toaster didn't work. We were in cabin 12. Our Granddaughter enjoyed the train ride, pool & foam party. We really enjoyed how management keeps the Park CLEAN & orderly too!

The location was fine, I could see that sites were added onto an original campground. Some of the trees that were planted are too close to the camping pads and will be worse when they grow. The bump outs were already hitting some. While it is nice to get text messages of events happening in the campground a daily text of quit time was a little redundant. The charcoal barbecue grills were nice.

We had a back in patio site, large & shaded, very nice. The grounds, restrooms, and laundry all very clean and well maintained.

The campground was very well maintained. I and several family members stayed in the cabins which were perfect even our teenagers had a great time. Staff/guardians were well organized and kept the grounds very clean

The people at the koa this time around were not as friendly as the other times we stayed. They were always seam to look for ways to close down the pool. And 830 is a little early to close the pool on the weekends. And are cabin had a nat problem

A quick overnight stay. Bathroom that serves the campground is far away from the newer sites. Sight was not level.

I love this campground and the staff. The campground is very well maintained, clean and dog friendly. The staff are all friendly and helpful. They make staying there A1!

Overall our stay was pretty good. I found the check in process to be rather slow and tedious when multiple people are checking in at the same time. I did not love the fact that for the price I paid there was absolutely no shade in the area of the campground we were in. It would have been nice if they had left some of the big trees when they cleared that area.

The site has only one bathroom/shower building which is next to the office, store, and pool. Many of the camping sites are quite far away and parking at the bath area is very limited.

I was not at all happy with the mattress in the DS cabin I stayed in I mean really how much does a innerspring mattress cost this was the worst. And they give you a nice weber grill to cook on, to my surprise you get nothing to eat on or grill tools no soap no shampoo about all you get is a roll of toilet paper some paper towels, I would not stay in The Delukes cabin. Cabin was not very clean, heavy cobwebs above cupboards and behind tv, bathroom shelves and table were very dirty. Bed mattress was terrible: was like a waterbed. Staff was very friendly and campground was clean.

We are repeat customers, however we were told the KOA had changed owners. From the first moment we backed into our site we were impressed because our site had been raked! Dewey had raked our site. I thanked him for that extra unexpected touch. We had a site next to the shade garden where we met Karen who maintains the floral array. So sweet! Definitely would stay again!

Campsite #233 was great. The patio furniture and grill were a huge bonus! There is no shade if that’s a hang up for you. It was not for us. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place to stay, staff always friendly and ready to help. Only down fall is WiFi, it doesn't work. When paying these prices and advertising free WiFi it should work or give a discount. Besides that happy with everything.

Cabins and campground are clean which we appreciate! Suggestion to put some shelves up over the counter and window to provide more spaces to put clothes and other items. Could also add some in the twin bunk room. A frustration was that the store closed way too early. It should be kept open until much later to provide guests the opportunity to get wood, campfire supplies, drinks, and snacks.

We stayed in the new expansion of the campground. It is well-designed and spacious. Nice amenities, and we really like the location. We will be back.

We stay at KOA for the amenities. Yes, it's more pricey than some parks but we like that we know what to expect from KOA. We stayed in one of the new pull through full hook up sites, it was spacious but not shady. They planted new trees so some shade will come. The pool is nice. They only have one shower house, I think they plan to add another but it's not built yet. The showers were clean and the laundry was convenient. The pool was fantastic. We enjoyed the free mini golf. Definitely go eat at Patty Cakes!
