We had a good stay there. We requested a sunny site and we’re given one so our star link worked well. We had beautiful fall colors over in the area where we stayed no problems. Lots of area to walk around the campground is huge. I would’ve given it a five if they had a café or something like that, it’s listed as a Traverse City, but Campground is about 18 -20 miles from Traverse City.

We were seasonal campers for the year and planned on keeping our camper there forever. In the year we went through 4 managers at the park and the place is not organized. Our lot was not ready til July 1st and the lot they gave us did not have a center pad as promised. Each manager said they were working on getting WiFi but never got working WiFi. Staff was friendly and helpful. The campgrounds were clean well kept and beautiful. Our pups enjoyed the Paw Pad at our site and the Bark Park. Quiet and relaxing. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the Traverse City area.

We love this KOA! Staff is always friendly, sites are spacious, bathrooms are clean and it's out of the hustle and bustle of the city. We will be back for sure!

It was a lovely back in site with a patio. We thought the value of the site was a bit high for October, but enjoyed ourselves.

Not our first time staying there but it was the first time we had an issue. There was a VERY disruptive group of kids. They banged on our trailer door and ran and hid. They did it twice and I'm talking banging on the door, NOT just knocking. Both times it was well after 10:00 P.M. I called the after hours number and nobody answered and they didn't even have a voice mail mailbox set up.

Clean, quiet, Secure, Friendly Staff. One of the Staff members offered to guide the trailer while I backed up (I have back up camera). I can't remember a time when this was offered at any other campground we have stay at. Very nice. We will be returning next season.

Staff was friendly and well-informed. Campground was quiet with well-marked roads and signage. Recommendation - the light on "our" corner was out and we noticed several late arrivals slam on their brakes when they realized there was a corner there. Of course, that means they were traveling too fast in the first place, but....

Beautiful property and amazing friendly helpful staff! This was our second time there and will definitely return in the future. Well maintained and clean cabins, truly secluded tent sites. Main bathroom facilities were super clean. Love that you added all those new seasonal sites…something we will consider if/when we buy an RV. I will highly recommend your property!!

Our site was good sized nicely shaded. One of the young men working assisted us in getting leaves and other debris off our awning and the top of the slide out the day of our departure. The green porch slider was very uncomfortable as it was bowed quite badly in the middle. Should be repaired or replaced.

Liked campground and the cabin we stayed in was very nice, liked the tv and outside area but found it disappointing the office closed at 4 and the jump pad wasn’t in use as this was a specific reason for us choosing KOA.

Stayed in deluxe cabin. Overall it was ok. Bedroom only had 1 hanger. Kitchen utensils were bare minimum. No noodle strainer.

What a beautiful park you have a hidden gem I would call it. You folks couldn’t have been nicer. I was spoiled with that pull thru and lovely patio. Thank you for the million stars on our last night. �

I feel the staff at the KOA were very helpful and accommodating. However, there were a lot of teenagers for a soccer tournament and the noise level was through the roof as well as the riding of electric bikes and scooters. The young girls even were knocking on campers, cutting through other peoples spots, even said to one of the others that they wanted to break into the black truck and denied it

We enjoyed our stay very much! The deluxe cabin was clean and spacious. Had all the things we needed for cooking. Really enjoyed the outdoor space and patio. The playground for the kids was very nice as well. Quiet campground!

Great stay as before. A bit farther away from the road, but still can hear traffic. Nothing you can do about that. Great canopy so very comfortable to sit outside. I would rethink closing the pool at Labor Day but only you know the value of leaving it open compared to upkeep cost. See you in two years when we do our nect Huron Circle.

Bathrooms clean and very accessible. RV spot was not level and very close to a major road with a lot of traffic, so there was a lot of noise.

We stay at KOA for the amenities. Yes, it's more pricey than some parks but we like that we know what to expect from KOA. We stayed in one of the new pull through full hook up sites, it was spacious but not shady. They planted new trees so some shade will come. The pool is nice. They only have one shower house, I think they plan to add another but it's not built yet. The showers were clean and the laundry was convenient. The pool was fantastic. We enjoyed the free mini golf. Definitely go eat at Patty Cakes!
