The best part of Traverse City KOA was the way that Dave and Cathie ran the camp ground, keeping it clean, friendly and entertaining. They were a joy to children and adults alike while providing a beautiful park to stay at. We were very pleased.

We were there for an overnight but had to pay for two, the cable didn’t come in, but overall, a nice KOA with a level site and courteous staff.

Our family rented a cabin here for the weekend and it was beautiful. The staff was so kind and accommodating when our reservation was messed up. They fixed it and had us all set within ten minutes. I will continue to choose this KOA for my fall travel destination with my family.

Our stay was short however, it was pleasant thanks to the deluxe cabin we stayed in during the visit.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin for 6 nites. Cabin was very clean and had the essential cookware and utensils. Only minor issue was the fridge was hinged on the right and it was cumbersome to open the fridge. You had to step into the bathroom to open it. Other deluxe cabins had the fridge hinged on the left side. We stay at Traverse City KOA every year during fall salmon run. Never disappointed.

This was our 2nd time here. The campgrounds and facilities are very clean and well maintained. The staff is excellent. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed at the Traverse City KOA for more than 20 years and Kathy and Dave are the best! Couldn’t ask for better owners. They are always accommodating and a pleasure to see every year. Camp ground is beautiful and very clean. We will be back for years to come.

The staff was very friendly. The cabins were clean and well equipped. Pizza across the street at The Rusty Moose Garden center was awesome as well. Would definitely stay again

We loved our site with some trees, a table and chairs, and the glider. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The store had a great variety of items.

Just a couple issues. Bathroom fan was hanging off the wall, store closed at 5…way to early , no real dishes to use, traffic was loud, no planned activities, music was blaring the last night for hours, nothing for adults to do at the campground, bathtub was dirty at arrival . The staff was friendly, scenery was nice and the cable worked.

Staff was friendly. Trash pickup did not happen one evening so had to locate dumpster but otherwise no issues. Store closes early.

A great place to camp for people of all ages. Plenty of things for the kids and adults to do. They have a swimming pool, play grounds, horse shoes, basketball area, camp fire rings and more. Within 15 miles driving distance to Traverse City. They have full hookup and some sites with cement patios. They have small cabins that you can rent if you don't have a trailer. Great place to be.

Great campground for people of all ages. Clean bathrooms, small store. Lots of play area for kids. Nice pool area. Friendly owners and employees. Full hookups with some cement patos. Short drive to Traverse City area. Will camp here again and bring grandkids. Have nice cabins to stay in, also.
