Even though it rained majority of the time. They had a ton of activities to do memorial weekend. Staff is wonderful and campground super clean. The cleanest bathroom/showers I've ever been in.

We were at a tent site that had no privacy and not one tree. I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone! It was literally in the open. The bathrooms were well taken care of and the staff were very friendly.

Thank you for your feedback. As a newer campground, many of our trees are still growing, so some tent sites are more open with less shade. We do our best to let guests know we are not a primitive or heavily wooded campground. We’re glad you enjoyed our staff and clean facilities.

Stayed in deluxe tent site… big tent pad with pea gravel, much easier on the feet when inside the tent walking around. Some KOA locations have rock tent pads. Super clean shower/bathrooms. Same for entire KOA location. As a tent camper looking for deluxe sites, Blue Ridge KOA is one of the best I’ve stayed in.

It was great the tent site was comfortable for me and my girlfriend plenty of room and staff was very nice and made sure our stay would be comfortable. The river was gorgeous as well very nice and kept up property

It was a very chill place, the bathrooms were extremely clean, the staff was very friendly. Beth, Lezzette and David were really kind people. Great environment when you just need to exhale and do a little fishing and great driving distance to the dam and lake. I will most definitely camp out here again in the future.

This was a spur of the moment trip and when I called with tons of questions, the customer service was awesome! When we arrived, the check in was very informative, fast and very friendly. On to the escort, super helpful, professional but very friendly and checked on us during our stay to see if anything was needed. Bathrooms are some of the nicest I have been in. So much more I could say.

The stay couldn’t have been better. Campgrounds were clean, bathrooms well stocked and convenient to our tent site. We enjoyed watching the Halloween costume contest!

Beautiful campground. Very clean with friendly staff. Our tent site had everything we needed. Our chihuahua had a wonderful time as well. Highly recommend!

Highly impressed with the cleanliness of facilities and how well the grounds were up kept. All staff we interacted with greeted us with a smile and were very helpful. One of the team members on a golf cart (not sure of official title) even lent me a tool to fix my daughter’s bike. Great customer service all around. Despite the rain we had a great first time at BR/TR KOA.

This was our first tent camping experience with our toddler son and I am so glad we chose a KOA (we have never stayed at a KOA prior to this stay). The entire staff was beyond accommodating, welcoming, professional, and tentative. The bathrooms and the grounds were immaculate, at all times. Special thank you to Miss Pat, she was wonderful. We will be back and soon! Thank you!

I didn't get to stay. I booked a tent site for one night for $57. I wasn't able to make it that night. I called to get a refund but you guys don't do that. Hope the money is worth it.. I probably won't actually ever go here to this place. I'm ok with that. And then got the gall to ask me how it was �Ϝ�Ϝ... I'm so happy and comforted to know that you care about my feelings so much here!

We're sorry that your travel plans changed. Our on-call work camper stayed up until 10 pm to accommodate you, but we did not receive a call that night or the next morning before 11 am. All no-shows forfeit the deposit paid, per KOA national policy.

This was our first time staying at KOA location and we were pleasantly surprised! The bathroom/ showers were immaculate and I appreciated the option of a family restroom. The campground was set in a beautiful location that was well maintained by staff who were always around and friendly.

Wasn't happy when I paid in Feb with a request for site 80 or 72 , for a stay in April. Then when April came around was charged another 25.

We are sorry to hear that there was some online reservation confusion.It appears that the select my site feature was not paid for when the online reservation was made. When we made our review call to you and you wanted to lock in a specific site number, you did give us permission to charge the fee.

While we enjoyed the campground, I think the cancellation notice should be reviewed. We were planning to tent camp and had to delay one night due to a severe storm, that night was not refunded. Then we booked an extra night to make up for it and the temperature dropped below freezing, so we had to get a local hotel. I likely will not book again due to the lack of flexibility with weather concerns.

Thank you for staying with us. We follow the KOA National Cancellation policy, which is followed by most other KOA campgrounds. We do understand your frustration; however, we cannot control the weather or when people choose to cancel because of said weather.

Policy on car camping is ridiculous. People can camp in their vans but girls on a road trip can't camp in a SUV during a rainy night. I was told I had to leave late at night after over 15 hours of driving. I even called ahead of time to check in since the office would be closed when I got there. I was told to buy a tent, and then I could sleep in my car. They couldn't explain the Policy to me.

We are sorry to hear that our policy was an issue for you. Your reservation was made online and it did state in the tent description section that car camping was not allowed. Our insurance policy only allows for RVIA certified campers, no conversions or car camping. You were not asked to leave.

The bathrooms were a nice size and the KOA is only 5 years young. It lies next to the river which was low when visiting. There is a pool, didn't use. People friendly. Not much to do in the area and I couldn't find a bicycle or hiking trails during my short visit. It was a bit out of my way to visit this area, thought it would have more area activities or attractions. There were children during my stay who were loud until dark. Then when they left, it was more peaceful. It's gated and requires a code. Bathrooms & showers require a code also.

Beautiful campground and wonderful staff. Can't wait to come back. Site P3 is the bomb. Backs up to the Toccoa River and has a killer private dog park. The camp store has all kinds of RV items in case you forgot something or want something to make your life easier. It also has popsicles and cute souvenirs.

Great KOA! The campsites are large and maintained well. They have options to store items in a locked lot with surveillance, for a reasonable price. The staff are helpful and very nice.
