Management does reserve the right to ask rental drivers to come back during regular check-in time.

Have a Heated Hose??

If you've got a heated hose, then we have the perfect site for you!! We've been busy insulating all of our Deluxe sites (KOA Patio, Riverside Deluxe, Deluxe River Access, and Deluxe Pull-Thru). Anyone staying on a Deluxe site will now be able to keep their water hose connected at night when temperatures drop below 36 degrees.

Tennessee Valley Authority Dam Release Schedule

The BRTR Family strives to provide every camper the perfect vacation. It is for this reason that we ask you to use strong caution before entering the Toccoa River. Upon entering our park campers will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging the fact that the TVA controls the dam release schedule and that water levels could be high at any moment of the day. Per the TVA, "water release schedules can change without notice due to unanticipated weather changes or power system requirements. Large amounts of water could be discharged at any time. Use caution!"

The TVA website will be posted in our office, but we are also posting it here for your viewing.

Dog Policy/Pet Guidelines

All pets (max 2/site) must be leashed (6' or less) and quiet at all times. Pets are not allowed in the bathhouse, pool area, playground, or laundry facility. Pets must not be left unattended at the campsite. For the safety and enjoyment of others, please clean after your pet wherever you are in the park, including common spaces and the river area. Certain cabins are pet friendly (two dogs max) - please inquire at registration (fee of $35/dog for cabin campers). Cabins are limited to no more than two dogs per pet-friendly cabin.

Please be advised that a $25 pet fee will be applied to any guest when pet waste is left without being cleaned. Our goal at the BR/TR KOA is to provide campers with the best experience possible while staying with us. This cannot happen if guests have to weave around pet waste and we have to clean up after your pet. Please help us by doing your part and immediately pick up after your pet. There are plenty of dog stations around the park and we supply you with one upon check-in.

Thanks!
